实木门是指门的内外材料由相同或相近的木材制作而成的门，实木门由于其具有不变形、耐腐蚀、硬度高、外观美观等特点受到家装用户的青睐。但是实木门存在着以下缺陷：由于其门板都是用实木制成，造价高、重量重，而且防火性较差，容易着火；由于实木具有吸水性，在地面残留水分的情况下，木门底部容易被腐蚀掉渣，最后被损坏，防水性较差。

本实用新型针对上述技术问题提出了一种空心实木门，在保证木门强度情况下，提高了实木门的防火性能和防潮性，减少了实木门的重量，降低了实木门成本。
本实用新型是采用以下技术方案解决上述技术问题的：一种空心实木门，是由前、后门板和边条组合而成的空腔木门，所述前、后门板外侧包覆安装有阻燃板，所述前、后门板之间固定设置有若干木条，所述木条的横截面为方形，所述木条两侧分别与前、后门板固定连接，所述木门的底部套设有三聚氰胺护套。

所述木门下部侧边及两端均向内凹陷，所述三聚氰胺护套6为两端封口的U型槽，所述三聚氰胺护套6粘接套装在所述木门底部，且边缘均与木门外缘平齐。
所述阻燃板4为高密度阻燃纤维板。
所述木条5与所述前1、后门板2之间的空隙内填充有吸音棉材料7。

4.如权利要求1所述的空心实木门，其特征在于，所述木条在所述前、后门板之间等距对称分布，且最外侧的木条与所述前、后门板边缘平齐。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的空心实木门，其特征在于，所述三聚氰胺护套与所述木门底部通过粘接连接。
