背景技术：
在为面积较大的长方形玻璃镀膜时，一般采用容积较大的长方体镀膜室。由于所要镀膜的玻璃经常发生变化，镀膜室上盖与玻璃之间的距离就会经常发生变化，即，玻璃与上盖之间的的空腔时大时小。玻璃与上盖之间的空腔大时抽真空所用的时间就长，消耗的电能多，达不到节能的要求。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可以缩短抽真空所用的时间，节约电能的玻璃真空镀膜室。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种玻璃真空镀膜室，包括上盖，其特点是在上盖的下表面通过螺栓固定一块垫板，用以缩小玻璃与上盖之间的空腔，缩短抽真空所用的时间，节约电能。在上盖下表面的边缘部设有密封垫，能提高玻璃真空镀膜室的密封度。
所述垫板为长方体，可以是10-30cm高的长方形金属盒，也可以是由2-6块5cm高的长方形板材组合而成的长方体。
所述长方形金属盒顶面的两侧设有凸边，在凸边上设有螺栓孔，通过螺栓将长方形金属盒固定在上盖的下表面上。
所述长方形板材的四角处各设有一个螺栓孔，将2-6块长方形板材叠放在一起组成高度不等的长方体。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在上盖的下表面通过螺栓固定一块垫板，缩小了玻璃与上盖之间的空腔，可以缩短抽真空所用的时间，节约电能，达到节能的要求，降低生产成本。

2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃真空镀膜室，其特征是：所述垫板为长方体，为10-30cm高的长方形金属盒，在长方形金属盒顶面的两侧设有凸边，在凸边上设有螺栓孔，通过螺栓将长方形金属盒固定在上盖的下表面上。
