随着用电客户对配电线路供电的要求越来越高，供电公司必须最大限度地避免停电作业。根据分析，春季配电架空线路上鸟类筑巢搭窝情况比较多，鸟窝多以各种枝条搭建，枝条在潮湿条件下可导电，给电网安全运行造成隐患。目前，供电公司大量使用塑料成型的驱鸟器来驱赶鸟类避免在线路搭窝。但在安装驱鸟器过程中，往往需要线路停电以实现安全操作，而停电会给企业、居民的生产和生活造成不便。现有的驱鸟器安装方法是，作业人员需停电后登杆至杆顶进行操作安装，其劳动强度高、操作时间长，作业人员的人身安全有一定危险。

为克服上述现有技术不足，本实用新型公开了一种带电安装驱鸟器的工具，解决了劳动强度高、操作时间长、人身安全性差的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是一种带电安装驱鸟器的工具，包括套管、拉杆套管，其特征在于套管顶端固定连接圆管，圆管顶端焊接“U”型铁板，“U”型铁板设三个开口，拉杆套管顶端焊接套筒扳手的套筒部分。
所述“U”型铁板与套管夹角为钝角，套管向外倾斜。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种带电安装驱鸟器的工具，包括套管6、拉杆套管4，套管顶端固定连接圆管5，圆管5竖直向上，圆管5顶端焊接“U”型铁板1，“U”型铁板1横卧在圆管5顶端上，“U”型铁板1设三个开口2，“U”型铁板1上片开一个口2，下片开两个口2，所述拉杆套管4上端的拉钩改成套筒扳手，拉杆套管4顶端焊接套筒扳手的套筒部分3，套筒部分3也是竖直向上的，套筒部分3上端可以拧螺帽。
所述“U”型铁板1与套管6夹角为钝角，套管6向外倾斜，“U”型铁板1为水平方向横卧，套管6则向下向外斜，然后固定在一起。
将预安装的驱鸟器固定在“U”型铁板1上，把驱鸟器的卡槽放于所要固定的横担上，然后用套筒扳手的套筒部分3紧固驱鸟器螺栓，就完成了安装。

1.一种带电安装驱鸟器的工具，包括套管、拉杆套管，其特征在于套管顶端固定连接圆管，圆管顶端焊接“U”型铁板，“U”型铁板设三个开口，拉杆套管顶端焊接套筒扳手的套筒部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带电安装驱鸟器的工具，其特征在于所述“U”型铁板与套管夹角为钝角，套管向外倾斜。
