技术领域
本实用新型属于结构减震控制技术领域,特别是涉及一种预应力黏弹性阻尼器,可应用于地震多发区的土木工程结构,以有效控制结构的风振及地震响应。
背景技术
建筑结构的消能减震是指在建筑结构中设置特制的消能构件或装置,增加结构阻尼,使之在强地震动时,吸收和消耗地震动输入到结构体系的能量以保护主体结构的安全。黏弹性阻尼器是一种典型的被动控制装置,无需较大的相对变形就能发挥振动控制效果,能同时应用于结构的地震响应及风振控制。然而由于黏弹性材料的抗剪及变形能力有限,导致其耗能能力有限,导致黏弹性阻尼器应用于风振和减震控制有较大差别。与风致振动控制相比,减震控制需要提供更大的阻尼力。
目前常用的黏弹性阻尼器一般是由三层钢板和两层黏弹性材料层组合而成。在结构受到风荷载或地震作用时,结构层间发生相对位移,内、外钢板发生相对运动,带动黏弹性材料发生往复变形,利用黏弹性材料应变滞后于应力的特点,减少并迅速衰减结构在风荷载或地震作用下的振动,实现减震耗能的目的。然而,现有的平板式黏弹性阻尼器在大变形时由于黏弹性材料与钢板之间的粘结撕裂破坏而不能有效发挥黏弹性材料该有的功效。因而,改善黏弹性阻尼器的抗粘结撕裂破坏性能对该类阻尼器的应用推广具有重要意义。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种预应力黏弹性阻尼器。目的在于针对黏弹性阻尼器在大变形时,因材料与钢板的粘结撕裂破坏而不能有效发挥材料该有的阻尼效用,提供了一种行之有效的解决办法,改善了黏弹性阻尼器的耗能减震效果。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
一种预应力黏弹性阻尼器,包括两块外钢板、中间钢板,中间钢板位于两块外钢板之间,外钢板与中间钢板之间填充黏弹性材料层,其特征在于:黏弹性材料层硫化连接于外钢板与中间钢板之间,预应力螺栓贯穿两块外钢板。
进一步的,两块外钢板上下对称布置,侧边设有若干螺栓孔,预应力螺栓通过对称设置的螺栓孔连接两块外钢板;黏弹性材料层与中间钢板宽度一致,但都小于两块外钢板的宽度;黏弹性材料层与中间钢板在宽度方向上位于两外钢板中间位置,预应力螺栓与黏弹性材料层、中间钢板均不接触。
上述预应力黏弹性阻尼器的使用方法,其特征在于:预应力黏弹性阻尼器的两侧安装带铰钢板,一侧与两块外钢板角焊缝连接,另一侧与中间钢板角焊缝连接,其中黏弹性阻尼材料层取高阻尼橡胶聚合物,外钢板厚度为12mm,中间钢板厚度为20mm,预应力螺栓通过扳手或其它工具施加外钢板平面法向的预应力。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的效果和益处在于所述的预应力螺栓均匀、对称地贯穿于两块外钢板的侧边延伸部,在阻尼器工作时,预应力通过螺栓施加在外层钢板,外层钢板挤压黏弹性材料层,黏弹性材料层在产生剪切运动时一直处于钢板平面法向方向的受压状态,这样既可为结构附加较大阻尼,同时又能避免阻尼材料因较大变形而产生粘结撕裂破坏,从而提高了阻尼器的耗能减震能力,且根据本实用新型实施例阻尼器具有结构简单、加工方便、滞回耗能高、力学性能优越等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细描述。
如图1~图3所示的预应力黏弹性阻尼器,包括两块外钢板2、中间钢板3,中间钢板3位于两块外钢板2之间,外钢板与中间钢板3之间填充黏弹性材料层1,黏弹性材料层1硫化连接于外钢板与中间钢板3之间,预应力螺杆4贯穿两块外钢板后旋入预应力螺母5。
两块外钢板2上下对称布置,侧边设有若干螺栓孔,预应力螺栓通过对称设置的螺栓孔连接两块外钢板2;黏弹性材料层1与中间钢板3宽度一致,但都小于两块外钢板2的宽度;黏弹性材料层1与中间钢板3在宽度方向上位于两外钢板中间位置,预应力螺栓与黏弹性材料层1、中间钢板3均不接触。
如图4所示,使用时,预应力螺栓通过扳手或其它工具施加外钢板平面法向的预应力P。预应力螺栓位于中间钢板3外侧,不会阻碍中间钢板3和黏弹性材料层1产生剪切运动。带铰钢板6与两块外钢板2角焊缝连接,带铰钢板7与中间钢板3角焊缝连接。其中黏弹性阻尼材料可取高阻尼橡胶聚合物,外钢板厚度宜12mm,中间钢板厚度宜20mm。

1.一种预应力黏弹性阻尼器,包括两块外钢板、中间钢板,中间钢板位于两块外钢板之间,外钢板与中间钢板之间填充黏弹性材料层,其特征在于:黏弹性材料层硫化连接于外钢板与中间钢板之间,预应力螺栓贯穿两块外钢板。
