背景技术
城市建设中会有好多地下管道，比如下水道、地下煤气管道、自来水管道、电力管道、通讯管道、国防管道等，这些管道每隔一段要有一个通向地面的出口，由管道到地面的这一段称为窨井，窨井口通常与地面平齐，因此需要一个盖子，用来盖窨井的盖子，叫窨井盖。窨井盖通常用钢筋水泥、金属、强化塑料等材料制成，形状以圆形和方形为主。普通的窨井盖，没有广告的功能，也不能吸引人的注意，特别是晚上，人们更不容易看到。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型的一种带广告的窨井盖，在窨井盖的上部开有一个凹槽，凹槽中固定设置有一个玻璃块，玻璃块与凹槽之间可以用强力胶固定。玻璃块中设置有用于放置广告纸的空间。凹槽和玻璃块是正方形的。玻璃块的一条侧边处设置有插槽，窨井盖侧面与插槽对应的位置设置有相应的开口，可以从开口和插槽插入或者更换广告纸。玻璃块的其它三条侧边处分别设置有一个背景灯管，通过设置在窨井盖内部的电源供电，在夜间提供照明，可照亮广告以及附近的环境。
