Abstract

一种物品冷冻冷藏保鲜装置，属于一种应用冰与其它物质混合物冷冻保鲜食品，果菜，水产品的可移动容器。本装置由表面呈不同结构的内外侧壁构成壳体，增大了装置换热制冷面积，改善了对流换热条件。该装置的壳体内通道顶部可设置金属管道。本实用新型体积小，换热面积大，对流换热效果好，适于快速冷冻及无制冷设备场合使用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种蔬菜、水果、海产品等类似物品冷冻，冷藏保鲜装置，该装置属于一种应用冰或冰与其它物质混合物作冷源的可移动容器。
应用冰或冰与其它物质混合物按需要装入特殊设计装置内，冷冻冷藏保鲜食品、果菜、海产品等，其本身并不是新的发明创造，实际上，国内外曾有许多人研制出此类装置，如美国专利US2.287，681是一种冷冻瓶装饮料装置，将瓶装饮料放置在存有冰块的冰水中，提高销售吸引力。又如中国专利CN85205276涉及一种放入保温空间的冷瓶，该冷瓶的金属瓶体侧壁呈波形或齿形结构，内装有冰或冰与其它物质混合物，用于贮存、保鲜果菜及水产品等。上述两种装置，前者适用范围有限；后者只限瓶体外表面换热，制冷效果缓慢，特别是需要速冷时因瓶体结构设计所限，换热条件不够理想。
本实用新型的目的在于克服已有技术之不足而提供一种具有内，外换热表结构，制冷效果理想的物品冷冻冷藏保鲜装置。
本装置结构设计是这样考虑的，采用具有良好导热性能的金属薄板制成内，外有散热吸冷表面的夹套式壳体，壳体侧壁呈瓦楞状，锯齿状或筋片状，扩大壳体吸热表面。金属薄板最好采用不锈钢等类似材质，防止薄板腐蚀。为了达到壳体最小体积具有最大换热面，壳体内通道侧壁表面最好也加工成一定几何形状，具体结构如上所述。
本装置由密封盖，壳体及支架组成，壳体放置在具有一定高的支架上面，两者之间可采用固定式或活动式结构。上述结构有利于热空气从壳体底部进入内通道换热，形成冷，热空气自然对流循环，改善换热条件。
如在上述壳体内通道顶部设置类似烟囱式的金属管，充分利用冷，热空气比重差，对流换热效果更佳。利用该结构还可将若干单独装置采用横置金属管并联起来使用，增大换热制冷效果。
将冰或冰与盐类混合物装入上述装置内，即可产生0℃～－50℃的低温，具体可采用调整混合物中冰与盐类的重量及其配比加以控制，所需温度可根据物品特点及多少，通过热平衡计算确定。本装置用于冷冻，冷藏保鲜食品，瓜果，蔬菜，鱼类较上述冷瓶相比，具有装置体积小，换热表面大，对流换热条件理想等优点，而且在相同制冷量前提下可贮存更多物品，提高其应用效益。本装置更适于快速冷冻及无冷冻设备场合使用。

Claims (4)

1、物品冷冻冷藏保鲜装置，由内装有冰或冰与其它物质混合物的壳体(2)及其密封盖(1)所组成，其特征在于所说的壳体(2)具有内外换热侧壁，壳体(2)设有内通道(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于壳体（2）的内外侧壁表面呈瓦楞形（6）、锯齿形或筋片（5）结构。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的装置，其特征在于壳体（2）内通道（4）的顶部设有金属管道（7）。
4、根据权利要求3所述的装置，其特征在于各装置的金属管道（7）有一横置管相连接。
