本实用新型涉及电力领域，尤其涉及电缆附件制作。
背景技术
随着城市化进程的加快，城市用电量日益增加。电缆敷设越来越频繁，而电缆在穿管的过程中非常容易受到损伤，一旦损伤不仅需要返工，而损坏的电缆也是价格不菲。现有的保护套为简单的锥形管，使用寿命较短，并且穿管效率较低，有待改进。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种使用寿命长、穿管方便、大大减少制作成本和提高穿管效率的电缆穿管保护套。
为实现本实用新型目的，提供了以下技术方案：电缆穿管保护套，设置于电缆穿管两端，其特征在于包括导入段、收紧段，所述导入段为由大变小的喇叭型管体，收紧段为等径直管，收紧段内壁涂覆有耐磨层，耐磨层厚度为5~8mm，导入段内壁围绕圆心开设有若干条沿管壁纵向延伸的导向槽，导向槽内设置有滚柱，滚柱材质为聚乙烯。
作为优选，收紧段末端设置有可与电缆穿管插接的阶梯挡。
作为优选，滚柱直径为导向槽深度的2倍。
作为优选，导入段管体前端部设置有耐磨层。
本实用新型有益效果：不仅电缆较容易进入电缆管，而且电缆在穿管中受到阻力也减小了。同时还保护电缆免受电缆穿管口子的破坏。在使用电缆穿管保护套后，电缆受损率应基本为零，同时敷设电缆的人工应有相应的减少。

实施例1：电缆穿管保护套，设置于电缆穿管两端，包括导入段1、收紧段2，所述导入段1为由大变小的喇叭型管体，收紧段2为等径直管，收紧段2内壁涂覆有耐磨层3，耐磨层3厚度为5~8mm，导入段1内壁围绕圆心开设有若干条沿管壁纵向延伸的导向槽1.1，导向槽1.1内设置有滚柱4，滚柱4材质为聚乙烯，收紧段2末端设置有可与电缆穿管插接的阶梯挡2.1。滚柱4直径为导向槽1.1深度的2倍。导入段1管体前端部设置有耐磨层1.2。

1.电缆穿管保护套，设置于电缆穿管两端，其特征在于包括导入段、收紧段，所述导入段为由大变小的喇叭型管体，收紧段为等径直管，收紧段内壁涂覆有耐磨层，耐磨层厚度为5~8mm，导入段内壁围绕圆心开设有若干条沿管壁纵向延伸的导向槽，导向槽内设置有滚柱，滚柱材质为聚乙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆穿管保护套，其特征在于收紧段末端设置有可与电缆穿管插接的阶梯挡。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电缆穿管保护套，其特征在于滚柱直径为导向槽深度的2倍。
