作为优选，所述内瓶盖通过螺纹与内瓶相连。
作为优选，所述本体外壳上活动连接有顶盖。

本具体实施通过按键按压，经过按键出连接件按压泵头，把液体导出至毛刷头，松开按键经泵头弹簧件复位，密封内瓶液体不与外界空气接触。
