本实用新型涉及一种用于水杀菌的纳米银片材。
背景技术
纳米银是一种将粒径做到纳米级的金属银单质，其对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用，而且不会产生耐药性。但是现有针对纳米银的利用开发做的并不到位。为此，本实用新型提供一种用于水杀菌的纳米银片材。

为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供一种用于水杀菌的纳米银片材。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种用于水杀菌的纳米银片材，包括片材本体，所述片材本体上设置有若干细孔，所述片材本体上覆设有一层经过烤干的纳米银层。
所述片材本体采用陶瓷材料制作。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用上述结构的本实用新型具有良好的长时间杀菌能力，在片材本体上设置细孔可大幅度提高片材本体吸附液态纳米银的能力。本实用新型结构简单、效果显著。

具体实施方式
参照图1本实用新型是一种用于水杀菌的纳米银片材，包括片材本体1，片材本体上设置有若干细孔2，片材本体1上覆设有一层经过烤干的纳米银层3，片材本体1采用陶瓷材料制作。采用上述结构的本实用新型具有良好的长时间杀菌能力，在片材本体1上设置细孔2可大幅度提高片材本体1吸附液态纳米银的能力，同时陶瓷材料本身亦存在较多的孔位，可进一步提高吸附液态纳米银的能力。本实用新型结构简单、效果显著。
其中该纳米银片材的制作方法如下：
A、准备陶瓷棒或陶瓷片、液态的纳米银；
B、再将陶瓷棒或陶瓷片浸泡在纳米银中；
C、将吸附在陶瓷棒或陶瓷片上的液态纳米银烘干。
经测试后证明采用该方法制作出的纳米银片材放置在水中可长时间的对周围水中的细菌进行灭杀，效果非常好。

1.一种用于水杀菌的纳米银片材，其特征在于包括片材本体，所述片材本体上设置有若干细孔，所述片材本体上覆设有一层经过烤干的纳米银层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于水杀菌的纳米银片材，其特征在于所述片材本体采用陶瓷材料制作。
