本实用新型公开了一种配电箱故障远程调度系统,包括配电箱,与配电箱设置在一起的故障指示灯和无线通讯模块,与无线通讯模块无线连接的后台服务器和与后台服务器无线连接在一起的移动终端。本技术方案中,将电力设备的配电箱通过网络与后台连接到一起,在某个配电箱出现问题时候,直接由后台发现问题,同时通过后台调度持有移动终端的工人进行维护,工人通过故障指示灯判断配电箱内故障原因,最大化的节省了时间。

一种配电箱故障远程调度系统
技术领域
本实用新型涉电力传输技术设备领域,尤其是涉及一种配电箱故障远程调度系统。
背景技术
低压台区是指从配电变压器0.4kV出线的所有低压供电区域,包括四类设备:综合智能配电箱、低压电缆、电压线路和低压分接箱,低压台区故障一般也由这四类设备引起:综合智能配电箱故障、低压线路故障、低压电缆故障、低压分接箱故障。综合智能配电箱作为低压供电区域的第一控制环节,也是低压台区故障第一排查环节,如果综合智能配电箱故障排查时间过长,会影响整个故障排查流程,延长停电时间。综合智能配电箱常见的故障主要有以下四类:1、断路器故障,一般由用户零线接地,漏电保护动作引起;2、刀闸故障,一般由过负荷及偏负荷引起熔体烧断引起;3、出线电缆故障,一般由用户负荷过大及电缆绝缘老化引起;4、其他类故障,包括电流互感器异常、电能表报警等。根据实际统计,综合智能配电箱发生次数最多的故障分别是断路器故障和刀闸故障,断路器故障占综合智能配电箱故障总数54%,刀闸故障占综合智能配电箱总数27%。由于综合智能配电箱都安装于变台杆上,距地面1.6米,检查断路器故障和刀闸故障需要登高开箱检查,程序繁琐,严重滞迟了恢复供电时间。CN103605043A号专利公开了一种可以诊断故障的配电箱故障指示器,而该指示器虽然弥补了部分上述缺陷,但是由于电线分支网络较多,在一个主干或者分主干的配电箱出现故障时,只有在该配电箱附近的人可以看到故障指示灯进而判断是否该配电箱出现故障,无法实现立即发现立即修理的缺陷。
实用新型内容
为了弥补上述故障指示器不能实现随时发现,随时修理的缺陷,本实用新型提出一种配电箱故障远程调度系统。
其技术方案为,一种配电箱故障远程调度系统,包括配电箱,与配电箱设置在一起的故障指示灯和无线通讯模块,与无线通讯模块无线连接的后台服务器和与后台服务器无线连接在一起的移动终端。本技术方案中,将电力设备的配电箱通过网络与后台连接到一起,在某个配电箱出现问题时候,直接由后台发现问题,同时通过后台调度持有移动终端的工人进行维护,工人通过故障指示灯判断配电箱内故障原因,最大化的节省了时间。
配电箱中断路器和刀闸熔体分别与继电器开关连接、指示灯由继电器开关控制。本技术方案可以通过指示灯直接判断配电箱内故障,节省维修时间。
所述故障指示灯、无线通讯模块分别与配电箱电连接到一起。本技术方案中,配电箱直接向通讯模块和故障指示灯供电,防止出现电池没电,通讯无法完成的情况。

结合图1,一种配电箱故障远程调度系统,包括配电箱,与配电箱设置在一起的故障指示灯和无线通讯模块,与无线通讯模块无线连接的后台服务器和与后台服务器无线连接在一起的移动终端。本实施例中,配电箱中断路器和刀闸熔体分别与继电器开关连接、指示灯由继电器开关控制。所述故障指示灯、无线通讯模块分别与配电箱电连接到一起。上述继电器开关为四个,分别与配电箱中的断路器和三个刀闸熔体连接。所述指示灯为五个,其中三个指示灯分别与刀闸熔体相应的继电器开关串联,构成刀闸熔体故障指示支路,三条刀闸熔体故障指示支路并联后串接一个指示灯,另一个指示灯与断路器相应的继电器开关串联。
本实用新型在使用的时候,配电箱内出现故障时,与配电箱连接的故障指示灯收到信号闪亮,无线通讯模块则将该信息发送给后台服务器,由后台服务器调度维修人员进行维修。本实用新型通过统一调度,统一管理的方式,进一步节省了维修调度时间,提高了工作效率。

1.一种配电箱故障远程调度系统,其特征在于,包括配电箱,与配电箱设置在一起的故障指示灯和无线通讯模块,与无线通讯模块无线连接的后台服务器和与后台服务器无线连接在一起的移动终端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配电箱故障远程调度系统,其特征在于,配电箱中断路器和刀闸熔体分别与继电器开关连接、指示灯由继电器开关控制。
