背景技术
青储机主要用于将作物收获并用于畜牧饲料，常规的青储机只是单纯的将秸秆等利用切刀截断作为草料，然后在风机的作用下草料被喷出，草料质量不高，畜牧不能充分利用草料的营养。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供了一种揉搓籽粒破碎装置，能将秸秆和籽粒压扁及破碎，提高草料质量。
具体技术方案为：一种揉搓籽粒破碎装置，设置于青储机上风机与切刀之间的通道上，包括上滚轮和下滚轮，上滚轮和下滚轮上下对称设置于通道内且下滚轮与通道转动连接，通道前后侧壁上设置有限位槽，上滚轮的转轴穿过通道前后侧壁上的限位槽并通过限位装置与通道连接，限位装置由限位板和限位螺栓组成，限位螺栓穿过限位槽将限位板与通道连接，上滚轮与限位板转动连接，上滚轮和下滚轮的柱面上设置有齿牙，且上滚轮和下滚轮的齿牙相啮合。

如图1、图2和图3所示，一种揉搓籽粒破碎装置，设置于青储机上风机1与切刀2之间的通道3上，包括上滚轮4和下滚轮5，上滚轮4和下滚轮5上下对称设置于通道3内且下滚轮5与通道3转动连接，通道3前后侧壁上设置有限位槽6，上滚轮4的转轴穿过通道3前后侧壁上的限位槽6并通过限位装置7与通道3连接，限位装置7由限位板8和限位螺9栓组成，限位螺9栓穿过限位槽6将限位板8与通道3连接，限位板8的宽度大于限位槽6的宽度，上滚轮4与限位板8转动连接，上滚轮4和下滚轮5的柱面上设置有齿牙10，且上滚轮4和下滚轮5的齿牙10相啮合。齿牙10纵向截面为矩形。
