本实用新型是一种电磁感应锌合金熔炉线圈,主要包括铜管线圈和两层高温棉;第一层保温棉包在坩埚外侧,铜管线圈绕在保温棉上,铜管可用支架固定,然后在铜管上(包括支架)以及坩埚底部再包一层高温棉即可。本实用新型由于使用的铜管线圈替代了常用的耐高温线圈,无需增加风扇给线圈散热,另外因为用高温棉包裹住了铜管,铜管自身产生的部分热量也得以利用,保温节能效果非常明显,所以本线圈结构具有结构简单、寿命长、省电节能等特点。

本实用新型涉及一种电磁感应锌合金熔炉线圈,该线圈结构简单、生产组装便利、寿命长、保温效果好。
背景技术
目前大部分的电磁感应锌合金熔炉都是把耐高温导线直接绕在坩埚外围的保温层上,然后用风扇给线圈散热,防止线圈过热而老化,尽管这样,由于正常工作时坩埚辐射出来的高温以及线圈自身产生的热量,大部分线圈在2-12个月内仍然会老化、破损甚至断开,另外风扇的散热也会浪费掉较大一部分热量,不利于保温和节能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构简单、寿命长、保温节能效果更好的电磁线圈制作方案。
本实用新型一种电磁感应锌合金熔炉线圈的目的由下述技术方案予以实现;包括做感应线圈的铜管、隔热棉(高温棉、高温布);隔热棉包括内外两层,内层隔热棉直接包在坩埚胆外壁,把铜管均匀绕在内层隔热棉上,可以用支架固定铜管线圈,也可以在铜管线圈上套陶瓷管以提高线圈之间绝缘距离,最后用外层隔热棉包住铜管线圈和坩埚底部,并用固定好,所述铜管外表套陶瓷管或者采用支架固定。
本实用新型与现有方案相比其有益效果是:1、铜管上喷有高温漆或者缠绕高温石棉布,耐高温且寿命更长;2、内外两层隔热棉,与现有方案相比,无需用风扇给线圈散热,简化了结构,减少了热量的散失,所以本实用新型具有结构简单、耐用和保温节能效果好等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型一种电磁感应锌合金熔炉线圈采用的技术方案为:包括涂有高温漆或者缠绕高温布的铜管1和隔热保温棉2;坩埚胆3按顺序包在铜管1和隔热保温棉2的内壁上,第一层为隔热棉2,第二层是在隔热棉上均匀绕制的铜管线圈1;第三层为隔热棉2,包住中间的铜管线圈1以及坩埚底部,铜管1作为电磁感应线圈引出,接入电磁感应控制器的输出端,所述隔热棉2共有两层,铜管1绕在两层隔热棉的中间层,所述铜管1外表套陶瓷管或者采用支架固定。
综上所述,是实用新型的较佳实施例,凡依本实用新型技术方案所作出的改变,所产生的功能作用未能超出本实用新型技术方案的范围时,均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种电磁感应锌合金熔炉线圈,其特征为:包括铜管(1)和高温棉(2);铜管(1)作为电磁感应线圈引出,接入电磁感应控制器的输出端,所述隔热棉(2)共有两层,铜管(1)绕在两层隔热棉的中间层,所述坩埚胆(3)按顺序包在铜管(1)和隔热保温棉(2)的内壁上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种电磁感应锌合金熔炉线圈,其特征为:所述铜管(1)外表套陶瓷管或者采用支架固定。
