背景技术
目前,在全球能源供应紧张和环境问题日益严重的情况下,经济和社会的可持续发展受到了巨大挑战,发展和利用清洁而安全的可再生能源受到了广泛重视。虽然目前已经实现利用的可再生替代能源种类较多,但从可用总量上看,水能、风能、潮汐能都太小,不足以满足人类需求。太阳能作为一种资源丰富,分布广泛且可永久利用的可再生能源,具有极大的开发利用潜力。特别是进入21世纪,太阳能光伏发电产业发展非常迅速。太阳能光伏发电在不远的将来不仅要替代部分常规能源,而且将成为世界能源供应的主体,将给能源发展带来革命性的变化。根据欧洲联合委员会研究中心(JRC)的预测,到21世纪末,可再生能源在能源结构中将占到80%以上,其中太阳能发电占到60%以上,充分显示出其重要的战略地位。
太阳能光伏组件支架组件是固定太阳能电池板的重要部件,在获得太阳能电池板最大发电效率的前提下,保证支架的坚固耐用性是光伏组件厂家需要考虑和研究。
目前太阳能光伏支架组件一般具有结构复杂,稳定性差,长期使用容易生锈腐蚀,使用寿命短等缺点。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有结构简单、稳定性好、防腐蚀、防生锈、使用寿命长等优点的太阳能光伏支架组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种太阳能光伏支架组件,包括底座、支撑螺杆、固定基座、卡件,其特征在于:所述底座上连接有支撑螺杆,所述固定基座上开设有与支撑螺杆对应的圆孔,所述支撑螺杆穿过圆孔与固定基座连接,所述固定基座左右两端连接有卡件且与其制成一体,所述底座、支撑螺杆、固定基座、卡件都采用金属制成,其外表面都镀有一层防腐蚀漆。
进一步的,所述卡件卡设在太阳能电池板上端。
更进一步的,所述底座设置在太阳能电池板下端。
