目前，谷物干燥机的未来发展方向将在深入研究干燥机理和物料干燥特性上，掌握对不同物料的最优操作条件下，开发和改进干燥机；另外，大型化、高强度、高经济性以及改进对原料的适应性和产品质量，是干燥机发展的基本趋势；同时进一步研究和开发新型高效和适应特殊要求的干燥机，如组合式干燥机、微波干燥机和远红外干燥机等。传统结构里的轴承座为铸铁的圆形轴承座，安装及使用过程中拆装十分不便；铸造完成后的轴承座需使用车床、钻床等进行二次加工，制造成本高，生产的产品一致性差。本项目提供一种新型轴承座，使用模具冲压冷板成形，生产过程简单、高效，通过在轴承座上增加垂直的折边，使用过程中利用标准工具“拉马”就可以拆下，使用方便。

本实用新型目的是提供了一种可以方便客户进行轴承座的拆装，提高机器使用合理性的用于批式循环谷物干燥机的新型轴承座。

一种用于批式循环谷物干燥机的新型轴承座，包括轴承座固定板、轴承座安装板，轴承座安装板上有增加垂直的折边，轴承座固定板与轴承座安装板通过螺栓进行连接，连接好的整体可通过螺栓与干燥机相连。
所述轴承安装板侧壁上设有多个螺栓安装孔。
本实用新型在轴承座的固定板上固定安装有轴承座安装板，在轴承座安装板上设有增加的垂直折边，使用过程中利用标准工具“拉马”就可以拆下，使用方便。
