具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，框架5的下端固定前、后脚轮6、7，框架5上固定有多个水平的横梁3，每个横梁3上均布挂架1，每个挂架1的两端分别固定绝缘子挂钩2。
所述的横梁3有三个，每个横梁3上焊接五个挂架1。这样，一个框架5上可以悬挂三十个绝缘子8。如图3所示。
所述框架5的上端固定有标牌4，以便登记相关的信息，便于区分。
