背景技术
目前，传统的动物细胞培养生物反应器有泡通气方式，多采用硬管(如不锈钢管)钻设通气孔来实现气体的分布，由于在通气时孔内与孔外的压力差极小，在液体中各个通气孔的水平度不均匀所引起的液位压力差对各通气孔的出气情况影响很大，特别是在通气量比较小的情况下，会导致各通气孔出气不均匀，并且，气体分布效果受安装时通气孔水平度影响，因此，对通气管的安装要求很高，否则会影响气体进入培养基。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种动物细胞培养生物反应器用通气管，该通气软管能明显弱化液位压力差的影响，从而使各个通气孔出气均匀，且其结构简单，安装使用方便。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
提供一种动物细胞培养生物反应器用通气管，包括气体分布管，与气体分布管管路连通的通气管，其特征在于，所述气体分布管为弹性软管，在气体分布管表面设置有受压张开的弹性闭合孔。
优选地，所述通气管为硬质管，在其上端设有连接头。
优选地，所述连接头为宝塔型接头。
所述气体分布管为环形，连接在通气管下端。

本实用新型提供一种通气管，当气体分布管内的气体压力达到一定压力时通气孔被打开，气体排放到培养基中，明显弱化液位压力差的影响，从而使各个通气孔出气均匀，气体能均匀分布进入培养基，且该通气软管结构简单，安装使用方便。本实用新型与传统的不锈钢通气管对比，由于采用弹性材料，其成本低，并且可以不清洗，一次性使用。

本实用新型通过气体分布管1来分布气体，在气体分布管1上开有弹性闭合孔2，当管内气体压力达到一定压力时弹性闭合孔2被打开，气体排放到培养基中，明显弱化液位压力差的影响，从而使各个通气孔出气均匀。
