本实用新型目的是提供一种简单实用且省时省力的肛肠套扎吻合器。一种肛肠套扎吻合器，其包括主体，主体前端为外壁光滑的管体，主体上设有负压吸引接头和负压开关，管体上设置套管固定架，套管固定架上安装有一个以上套管，套管内穿插有弹力线，弹力线的一端设有活扣，另一端延伸出套管外，活扣套在管体前端。

背景技术
痔疮结扎术是治疗痔疮的常用方法，对一般痔疮具有很好的疗效。但目前临床上施行痔疮结扎术通常是在局部麻醉(或其他麻醉)下，由手术者徒手操作而完成，不仅费时、费力、显露困难，而且易引起出血和疼痛。如遇痔疮大出血的急诊手术，有时还需在腰椎麻醉下或全身麻醉下才能完成，明显增加了创伤的程度。
目前采用痔疮治疗仪和痔疮套扎术存在结构及操作较为复杂，因而难以推广应用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种简单实用且省时省力的肛肠套扎吻合器。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用技术方案如下：
一种肛肠套扎吻合器，其包括主体，主体前端为外壁光滑的管体，主体上设有负压吸引接头和负压开关，管体上设置套管固定架，套管固定架上安装有一个以上套管，套管内穿插有弹力线，弹力线的一端设有活扣，另一端延伸出套管外，活扣套在管体前端。
所述肛肠套扎吻合器，主体上安装有照明体，主体内安装有电池，照明体与电池电连接。
所述肛肠套扎吻合器，套管固定架上设有与套管配合的卡槽。
所述肛肠套扎吻合器，其主体为枪型，负压吸引接头设在主体的底部。
本实用新型的有益效果：由于操作简单、便利、快捷、毋需麻醉，成本低；设有照明体使术野显露，增强了手术安全性。

一种肛肠套扎吻合器，包括主体，主体前端为外壁光滑的管体3，主体上设有负压吸引接头10和负压开关7，管体上设置套管固定架5，套管固定架5上安装有一个以上套管2，套管2内穿插有弹力线6，弹力线6的一端设有活扣1，另一端延伸出套管2外，该活1扣套在管体3前端。
本实施例，主体上安装有照明体4及照明开关8，主体内安装有电池9，照明体4、照明开关8及电池电9电连接。
本实施例，套管固定架5上设有与套管2配合的卡槽11。
本实施例，主体为枪型，负压吸引接头10设在主体的底部，当然主体可以不限制于枪型。
利用本实用新型工作过程如下：手术时，先将负压吸引接头11接妥外源负压抽吸系统。右手紧握主体，将管体3的管口对准痔疮及其相关病变组织。开启负压抽吸系统，此时痔疮及其相关病变组织即可被吸入主体内部。拉紧弹力线延伸出套管2外的一端，使活扣1以将痔疮组织牢牢地套扎住。消除负压，由此可释放被套扎的痔疮组织。依此步骤，可继续进行下一个痔疮组织的套扎。
本实用新型可适应内痔、混合痔、痔疮出血、直肠息肉等治疗。

2.根据权利要求1所述肛肠套扎吻合器，其特征在于：主体上安装有照明体，主体内安装有电池，照明体与电池电连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述肛肠套扎吻合器，其特征在于，套管固定架上设有与套管配合的卡槽。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述肛肠套扎吻合器，其特征在于：其主体为枪型，负压吸引接头设在主体的底部。
