本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种采用氯醇胶料做外层的胶管，防渗透及耐温效果好。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所设计的氯醇胶料胶管，包括中空管体，其特征是所述的管体包括内层和外层，所述的内层为氟胶层，所述的外层为氯醇胶料层，所述的管体管口处为渐变的缩径段。
上述技术方案采用氟胶层做防渗内层，氯醇胶料层作防护层，耐高温效果突出，特别适用于汽车加油口胶管，而且管口处采用缩径形式，密封效果更好。
作为优化，所述的外层包覆在内层外且外层尺寸长于内层，进一步提升连接的密封效果。
本实用新型所得到的一种氯醇胶料胶管，采用内氟胶层，外氯醇胶料层的复合形式，大大提升胶管的耐热、耐油和防渗透性能。

如图1所示，本实施例描述的氯醇胶料胶管，包括中空管体，所述的管体包括内层2和外层1，所述的内层2为氟胶层，所述的外层1为氯醇胶料层，所述的管体管口处为渐变的缩径段。所述的外层1包覆在内层2外且外层1尺寸长于内层2。
本技术方案替代了以前用纯PVC丁腈胶管，耐燃油渗透标准由原来的40g/m2/24h提高到8g/m2/24h，耐高温效果也很突出。
