为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所设计的氯醇胶料胶管,包括中空管体,其特征是所述的管体包括内层和外层,所述的内层为氟胶层,所述的外层为氯醇胶料层,所述的管体管口处为渐变的缩径段。
上述技术方案采用氟胶层做防渗内层,氯醇胶料层作防护层,耐高温效果突出,特别适用于汽车加油口胶管,而且管口处采用缩径形式,密封效果更好。
作为优化,所述的外层包覆在内层外且外层尺寸长于内层,进一步提升连接的密封效果。
本实用新型所得到的一种氯醇胶料胶管,采用内氟胶层,外氯醇胶料层的复合形式,大大提升胶管的耐热、耐油和防渗透性能。

本技术方案替代了以前用纯PVC丁腈胶管,耐燃油渗透标准由原来的40g/m2/24h提高到8g/m2/24h,耐高温效果也很突出。
