背景技术
输送带是输送物料时必不可少的用具，现有的很多输送带由于表面光滑，会导致在高速输送物料时，尤其是体积和重量较小的物料在惯性的作用下容易移位甚至被甩落。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决目前的输送带在输送较小的物料时容易使物料移位甚至甩落的问题，为此提供了一种双层输送带，包括内层带体1和外层带体2，所述外层带体2的内表面设有波浪形的第一支撑条3，内层带体1的内表面设有波浪形的第二支撑条4，所述第一支撑条3的波谷与第二支撑条4的波峰连接。
本实用新型双层输送带，所述第一支撑条3和第二支撑条4由橡胶制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型在输送物料时，能依靠物料自身的重量使带体有部分凹陷，物料陷入在该凹陷处内，能够有效的避免移位和甩出。

1.一种双层输送带，其特征是：包括内层带体（1）和外层带体（2），所述外层带体（2）的内表面设有波浪形的第一支撑条（3），内层带体（1）的内表面设有波浪形的第二支撑条（4），所述第一支撑条（3）的波谷与第二支撑条（4）的波峰连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层输送带，其特征是：所述第一支撑条（3）和第二支撑条（4）由橡胶制成。
