本实用新型提供了一种壁挂式扭腰器，以解决现有技术存在的占用空间较大和稳定性差的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种壁挂式扭腰器，主要由底部支座、折叠连杆、旋转机构和扶手组成，底部支座和扶手分别固定在墙壁下部和上部，底部支座折叠连杆连接，折叠连杆的另一端连接到旋转机构的底座，旋转机构的底座中设置一个转轴，转轴顶部连接一个扭腰转盘。
本实用新型使用时，拉动底部支座上的销簧将折叠连杆向下拉动，由竖直状态拉成水平状态，锻炼人员脚踏在扭腰转盘上，双手握在墙面上部的扶手，保证扭动时的身体稳定性，训练完毕后，便可将折叠连杆向上收起，节约占用空间。
本实用新型的底部支座和护栏都固定在墙面上，旋转机构通过折叠连杆沿着轴承架可收起或放开，大大节约了占用空间，具有结构简单、占地小和稳定可靠的优点。
