已有技术中部分电缆在屏蔽性方面存在一定的缺陷。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供高密度编织超柔屏蔽电缆。

高密度编织超柔屏蔽电缆,其特征在于:包括有缆芯,缆芯包括有方形的中心骨架,中心骨架的四周设有弧形凹槽;位于上下两侧的弧形凹槽中设有上下导体,上下导体外分别依次缠绕有交联聚乙烯绝缘层和铝镁合金丝编织屏蔽层;位于左右两侧的弧形凹槽中设有导体芯,导体芯包括有两个并列的左右导体,每个左右导体上依次缠绕有三元乙丙橡胶绝缘层和玻璃纤维编织层;导体芯外缠绕有纳米硅防水胶填充层;缆芯外依次缠绕有碳纤维丝编织层、煅烧云母带耐火绕包层和外护套。
高密度编织超柔屏蔽电缆,其特征在于:所述外护套为聚醚性聚氨酯护套。

外护套11为聚醚性聚氨酯护套。
