本实用新型涉及一种热交换器检漏装置。
背景技术
目前，热交换器的检漏通常是将堵头将热交换一头堵住，将充气嘴将热交换器另一头堵住并充气，以此来检测热交换器是否漏气，但是堵头的结构较为简单，当热交换器内部气压增大时，堵头容易产生漏气或者被挤压出来，导致检漏结果不够准确，而且降低了检漏效率。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单且密封效果更好的热交换器检漏装置。
为此，本实用新型是采用如下方案来实现的：
    一种热交换器检漏装置，其特征是包括转轴，所述转轴上自上而下依次设有第一手柄、第二手柄、密封橡胶垫和调节螺母，所述第一手柄固定在转轴上方，且第一手柄下端具有第一斜面，所述第二手柄上端具有与第一斜面匹配的第二斜面，且第二手柄可在转轴上上下移动。
本实用新型对比现有技术的优点是：由于第一手柄下端和第二手柄上端具有互相匹配的第一斜面和第二斜面，因此转动第一手柄或第二手柄可使第二手柄向下移动，并且挤压密封橡胶垫使其膨胀从而密封产品，不仅结构简单且密封效果更好，在热交换器检漏过程中不易产生漏气的现象，使检漏结果更加准确。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型提供的热交换器检漏装置包括转轴1，转轴1上自上而下依次设有第一手柄2、第二手柄3、密封橡胶垫4和调节螺母5，调节螺母5与转轴1螺接，以便更换密封橡胶垫4，第一手柄2固定在转轴1上方，且第一手柄2下端具有第一斜面6，第二手柄3上端具有与第一斜面6匹配的第二斜面7，且第二手柄3可在转轴1上上下移动。
在本实施例中，将密封橡胶垫4所在一端插入热交换器的管口内，转动第一手柄2或第二手柄3使第二手柄3向下移动，此时第二手柄3挤压密封橡胶垫4并使其膨胀，从而能够很好的对管口进行密封，使热交换器检漏过程不易漏气，从而使检漏结果更加准确。
