本实用新型涉及一种茶油精炼塔。
背景技术
山茶籽脱臭法，是将待脱臭油一次性泵入一定容积的精炼塔，然后升温、拉真空。在真空下保温一定时间，利用真空将游离脂肪酸分离带走。保温结束后，将油温降至常温再将脱臭油泵入结晶罐，整个流程耗时至少9h，而且必须将精炼塔内的油泵完之后，才能开始进料进行下一批次的脱臭。每进行一次脱臭，导热油也要升温、降温，这种工艺即费时又耗能。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供了一种茶油精炼塔。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种茶油精炼塔，其特征在于精炼塔本体(1)上部设有精馏塔(2)，精炼塔本体(1)上设有进料口(12)、出料口(5)、夹层进料口(3)和夹层出料口(4)，精馏塔(2)顶部连接回收器(7)，回收器(7)顶部连接真空泵口(9)，回收器(7)下部连接接收罐(8)，精炼塔本体(1)下部出料口(5)上设有原料泵(6)，精馏塔(2)上设有精馏塔热介质出口(10)和精馏塔热介质出口(11)。

本实用新型的茶油精炼塔，在脱臭油经导热油加热后，进入脱臭填料塔，流入精炼塔，经过加温，在直接蒸汽与真空作用下，游离脂肪酸与油分离，真空将游离出的脂肪酸带走，经过捕集器流入脂肪酸接收罐。油则流入精炼塔下层。脱臭油经检测合格即可冷却泵入结晶罐。这样，就可以一边不停的进料，而另一边不停的出油，达到连续脱臭的目的，大大提高了产能，是以前的3-5倍，且节约了能源。
