本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种易切割安全固定胶带，包括胶带卷和支撑圈，支撑圈两侧露在胶带卷两侧，支撑圈两侧固定有支撑杆，支撑杆上设有切割装置，切割装置包括切割刀、弹簧块和上压块，切割刀中心连接上压块，上压块两侧设有弹簧块，弹簧块连接切割刀，切割刀外部设有安全壳。
本实用新型的有益效果是，本胶带使用时能够很方便的切割下来，快速有效，使用效果良好。

如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，一种易切割安全固定胶带，包括胶带卷1和支撑圈2，支撑圈2两侧露在胶带卷1两侧，支撑圈2两侧固定有支撑杆3，支撑杆3上设有切割装置4，切割装置4包括切割刀5、弹簧块6和上压块7，切割刀5中心连接上压块7，上压块7两侧设有弹簧块6，弹簧块6连接切割刀5，切割刀5外部设有安全壳8。
使用方法：使用胶带时，撕下所需长度，然后胶带紧贴着安全壳8，切割刀5设在安全壳8内，按下上压块7，切割刀5从安全壳8内伸出，割断胶带即可。
