在硬质合金加工领域，加工圆柱型硬质合金产品时，通过传统方式固定，例如方形夹具、或者平行一线按压在磨床上，都容易造成圆柱型硬质合金产品的跑位，降低打磨的效率，且次品率高。

本实用新型的目的是克服上述缺陷，提供一种打磨硬质合金圆棒的辅助夹具,用于硬质合金圆棒的打磨时的辅助夹具，可防止硬质合金圆棒在打磨过程中的跑位现象。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的以下技术方案：
一种打磨硬质合金圆棒的辅助夹具，它包括：V型块(1)、夹紧块(2)、螺栓(3)、硬质合金圆棒(4),其特征在于：所述的V型块(1)上设有V形口，V形口开口端两边设有螺纹孔，所述的夹紧块(2)上设有凸台面，凸台面与V形口配合安装，夹紧块(2)上设有固定孔，通过螺栓(3)固定于V型块上。
优选的，V形口的角度为60度。
优选的，V形口的大小及夹具板块的厚度可以根据实际情况而制作。
本实用新型的有益效果是：提供一种打磨硬质合金圆棒的辅助夹具,将硬质合金圆棒纵向整齐的放入夹具的V形口内，利用等边三角形与圆相切的原理，可将硬质合金圆棒紧固于夹具内，使其打磨后，达到表面平整、效率高的目的。

具体实施方式
一种打磨硬质合金圆棒的辅助夹具，它包括：V型块(1)、夹紧块(2)、螺栓(3)、硬质合金圆棒(4)。
所述的V型块(1)上设有V形口，V形口开口端两边设有螺纹孔；
所述的夹紧块(2)上设有凸台面，凸台面与V形口配合安装，夹紧块(2)上设有固定孔，通过螺栓(3)固定于V型块上。
V形口的角度为60度。
V形口的大小及夹具板块的厚度可以根据实际情况而制作。
使用时，先将夹紧块(2)通过螺栓(3)与V型块进行组装；组装完成后，将硬质合金圆棒(4)纵向整齐的放入夹具的V形口内，观察所放入的硬质合金圆棒(4)间是否紧密，若不够紧密可继续放入，使其紧密不会松脱，利用等边三角形与圆相切的原理，可将硬质合金圆棒(4)紧固于夹具内；完成后，即可进行打磨；这样打磨出来的硬质合金圆棒(4)端面平整，无台阶面；达到表面平整、效率高的目的。
