本实用新型涉及牙齿正畸设备技术领域,具体涉及一种微种植支抗钉导向器。
背景技术
近年来,随着人民生活水平和健康保障意识的提高,对于牙颌畸形矫治的需求越来越大,希望改善牙颌健康的同时,对美学改善的要求也越来越高。双颌前突、单颌前突、开合、开唇露齿等各类错颌畸形严重影响人们的面型,因此传统支抗体系以牙齿互为支抗,牙会相对方向移动,矫治幅度和效果受限;植入颌骨的微种植体支抗钉作为稳定支抗,能最大限度地调整欲矫治牙的位置,并能根据需要将牙齿向牙槽骨内压入或整体内收全牙列,这是传统支抗无法实现的。
微种植体支抗钉是近年来快速发展的一项安全有效的正畸支抗技术,与传统正畸支抗比较,骨性种植支抗解决疑难病例的矫治优势已逐步显现,但仍存在一定失败率。微种植体支抗钉植入技术缺乏固定的解剖标志,且其解剖变异较多,凭经验和手感植入存在较大的风险。微种植体支抗钉通常植入上、下颌骨颊侧或腭侧,一般位于牙根之间、颧下嵴、磨牙后区等,相邻解剖结构特殊,有伤及牙根、上颌窦、腭大神经血管束、下牙槽神经、颏神经等潜在的风险缺陷;植入区域骨质骨量情况也影响支抗钉的稳定性。

本实用新型提供了一种更安全、更稳定、治疗效果更好的微种植支抗钉导向器。
其技术方案为:所述导向器为与人体牙齿外壁相契合的弧形板条状结构,所述导向器的宽度由中部向两端逐渐减小,且两端部设有垂直于导向器内壁或者外壁的导向孔。
所述导向器内壁设有与人体牙齿外壁结构相契合的凹槽。
作为优选,所述导向孔的长度为3-5mm,导向孔直径为2-2.5mm
相比于现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1、该导向器可基于CBCT等影像学检查,确定支抗钉植入位点、方向、深度,有的放矢,避免经验性判断的不确定性,提高矫正幅度和矫正效果。
2、该导向器能够使支抗钉简单准确地植入,提高植入手术的成功率,降低手术风险,有利于微种植支抗钉技术的应用和普及。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图详细描述本实用新型的实施例。
如图1所示,本实施例所述的导向器1为与人体牙齿外壁相契合的弧形板条状结构,导向器的宽度由中部向两端逐渐减小,且两端部设有垂直于导向器内壁或者外壁的导向孔3。
在本实施例中,为了使导向器与人体牙齿外壁面相适应,导向器内壁设有与人体牙齿外壁结构相契合的凹槽。导向孔的长度为3-5mm,直径为2-2.5mm。
在使用该导向器进行牙齿正畸治疗时,先对植入区域消毒,局部麻醉,然后将微种植体支抗钉导向器对应放置于上颌或下颌前牙区,其内侧面凹槽与牙齿外壁面相互吻合,用手术器具将支抗钉从导向器末端导向孔定位、定向植入到口腔颌骨。
采用上述支抗钉导向器进行正畸治疗,可以仅仅在上颌后牙区的左侧和右侧各植入一个支抗钉,再将上述支抗钉导向器两端部的导向孔套在支抗钉上,以这种方式进行正畸治疗,避免在上下颌骨其他部位植入支抗钉,使手术操作更加简单,同时也能够保证支抗钉的植入位置和植入方向不发生偏移,控制支抗钉植入深度,保证正畸治疗的安全性和成功率,提高治疗效果。
采用上述支抗钉导向器进行正畸支抗钉植入治疗,可以使手术操作更加简单,同时也能够保证支抗钉的植入位置和植入方向不发生偏移,控制支抗钉植入深度,保证正畸治疗的安全性和成功率,提高治疗效果。

1.一种微种植支抗钉导向器,其特征在于:所述导向器为与人体牙齿外壁相契合的弧形板条状结构,所述导向器的宽度由中部向两端逐渐减小,且两端部设有垂直于导向器内壁或者外壁的导向孔;所述导向器内壁设有与人体牙齿外壁结构相契合的凹槽。
