本实用新型公开了一种架空线路智能监测装置,包括数据采集组件、数据传输组件及供电电源组件,数据采集组件、数据传输组件及供电电源组件分别设置在架空线路上,数据采集组件的输出端与数据传输组件的输入端连接,供电电源组件分别与数据采集组件及数据传输组件连接;数据采集组件包括监测探头、测距激光传感器、连接导线、金具热敏电阻传感器、风偏传感器、舞动传感器及倾角传感器,数据传输组件包括光纤复合架空地线、信号采集器、光纤接口盒及无线基站,供电电源组件为多晶硅板。本实用新型运用监控探头、传感器技术进行数据采集,实时远传至监控中心进行分析判断处理,不但避免了人力维护线路成本,而且精确性了大大的得到了提高。

电力线路网分布错综复杂,运行条件恶劣,很容易受到环境条件影响,给电力线路维护带来了很多的困难。跨越沟壑、翻越高山的输电线路由于冰雪、日照、风力以及坑基抗强度等因素影响都能造成线路的破坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的:提供一种架空线路智能监测装置,能实时监控架空线路,确保使用安全,且监控设备的供电采用多晶硅板和备用蓄电池双重保障。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种架空线路智能监测装置,包括数据采集组件、数据传输组件及供电电源组件,所述的数据采集组件、数据传输组件及供电电源组件分别设置在架空线路上,所述的数据采集组件的输出端与所述的数据传输组件的输入端连接,所述的供电电源组件分别与所述的数据采集组件及数据传输组件连接;所述的数据采集组件包括监测探头、测距激光传感器、连接导线、金具热敏电阻传感器、风偏传感器、舞动传感器及倾角传感器,所述的监测探头设置在所述的架空线路的顶部,所述的测距激光传感器、金具热敏电阻传感器、风偏传感器、舞动传感器及倾角传感器分别通过所述的连接导线设置在两个所述的架空线路之间;所述的数据传输组件包括光纤复合架空地线、信号采集器、光纤接口盒及无线基站,所述的光纤接口盒设置在所述的架空线路上,所述的光纤接口盒之间通过所述的光纤复合架空地线连接,所述的信号采集器连接在所述的光纤接口盒上,所述的无线基站与所述的信号采集器无线连接;所述的供电电源组件为多晶硅板,所述的多晶硅板架设在所述的架空线路的顶部。
上述的架空线路智能监测装置,其中,还包括监控中心设备,所述的监控中心设备与所述的无线基站连接。
上述的架空线路智能监测装置,其中,所述的供电电源组件还包括保护装置,所述的保护装置包括整流器及控制器,所述的整流器及控制器与所述的多晶硅板连接。
上述的架空线路智能监测装置,其中,所述的供电电源组件还包括备用蓄电池,所述的备用蓄电池与所述的多晶硅板连接。
本实用新型运用监控探头、传感器技术进行数据采集,实时远传至监控中心进行分析判断处理,不但避免了人力维护线路成本,而且精确性了大大的得到了提高。

请参见附图1所示,一种架空线路智能监测装置,包括数据采集组件、数据传输组件及供电电源组件,所述的数据采集组件、数据传输组件及供电电源组件分别设置在架空线路上,所述的数据采集组件的输出端与所述的数据传输组件的输入端连接,所述的供电电源组件分别与所述的数据采集组件及数据传输组件连接;所述的数据采集组件包括监测探头1、测距激光传感器2、连接导线3、金具热敏电阻传感器4、风偏传感器5、舞动传感器6及倾角传感器7,所述的监测探头1设置在所述的架空线路的顶部,所述的测距激光传感器2、金具热敏电阻传感器4、风偏传感器5、舞动传感器6及倾角传感器7分别通过所述的连接导线3设置在两个所述的架空线路之间;所述的数据传输组件包括光纤复合架空地线8、信号采集器9、光纤接口盒10及无线基站11,所述的光纤接口盒10设置在所述的架空线路上,所述的光纤接口盒10之间通过所述的光纤复合架空地线8连接,所述的信号采集器9连接在所述的光纤接口盒10上,所述的无线基站11与所述的信号采集器9无线连接;所述的供电电源组件为多晶硅板12,所述的多晶硅板12架设在所述的架空线路的顶部。
还包括监控中心设备13,所述的监控中心设备13与所述的无线基站11连接。
所述的供电电源组件还包括保护装置14,所述的保护装置包括整流器及控制器,所述的整流器及控制器与所述的多晶硅板12连接。
所述的供电电源组件还包括备用蓄电池(图中未示出),所述的备用蓄电池与所述的多晶硅板12连接。电力不足时由备用蓄电池进行供电。
数据采集组件收集信息,收集信息包括多个传感器的信息及监测探头1的信息,传送至信号采集器9,由无线基站11无线接收并转发至远动数据处理中心,再上传至监控中心设备13。
综上所述,本实用新型运用监控探头、传感器技术进行数据采集,实时远传至监控中心进行分析判断处理,不但避免了人力维护线路成本,而且精确性了大大的得到了提高。

1.一种架空线路智能监测装置,其特征在于:包括数据采集组件、数据传输组件及供电电源组件,所述的数据采集组件、数据传输组件及供电电源组件分别设置在架空线路上,所述的数据采集组件的输出端与所述的数据传输组件的输入端连接,所述的供电电源组件分别与所述的数据采集组件及数据传输组件连接;所述的数据采集组件包括监测探头、测距激光传感器、连接导线、金具热敏电阻传感器、风偏传感器、舞动传感器及倾角传感器,所述的监测探头设置在所述的架空线路的顶部,所述的测距激光传感器、金具热敏电阻传感器、风偏传感器、舞动传感器及倾角传感器分别通过所述的连接导线设置在两个所述的架空线路之间;所述的数据传输组件包括光纤复合架空地线、信号采集器、光纤接口盒及无线基站,所述的光纤接口盒设置在所述的架空线路上,所述的光纤接口盒之间通过所述的光纤复合架空地线连接,所述的信号采集器连接在所述的光纤接口盒上,所述的无线基站与所述的信号采集器无线连接;所述的供电电源组件为多晶硅板,所述的多晶硅板架设在所述的架空线路的顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的架空线路智能监测装置,其特征在于:还包括监控中心设备,所述的监控中心设备与所述的无线基站连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的架空线路智能监测装置,其特征在于:所述的供电电源组件还包括保护装置,所述的保护装置包括整流器及控制器,所述的整流器及控制器与所述的多晶硅板连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的架空线路智能监测装置,其特征在于:所述的供电电源组件还包括备用蓄电池,所述的备用蓄电池与所述的多晶硅板连接。
