为了解决叠层母排经过长时间的通电造成热胀冷缩进而使铆接端子易松脱的技术问题,本实用新型公开了一种正负极之间设置有绝缘膜的叠层母排:包括正极、负极、外PET绝缘膜、内PET绝缘膜、正极铆接端子、负极铆接端子,其特征在于:正极下层和负极上层均设有外PET绝缘膜,正极和负极之间设有内PET绝缘膜,正极和负极上分别设有若干正极铆接端子和负极铆接端子,正极铆接端子和负极铆接端子直接与系统中的功率元器件相接。有益效果:避免了正极和正极铆接端子、负极和负极铆接端子接触面积减小,温升升高,铆接端子脱落的问题,直接增加了产品的使用寿命和性能,特别是适用于经常拆装的端接处。

本实用新型涉及一种正负极之间设置有绝缘膜的叠层母排,特别是一种正负极之间设置有绝缘膜的叠层母排。
背景技术
目前的叠层母排没有能够保证铆接端子足够的承受力的铆接方式,系统中的叠层母排经过长时间的导通电流和使用,铆接端子和正负极之间会有一个热胀冷缩的过程,使拆卸螺丝时易造成铆接端子松脱,从而导致正极和正极铆接端子、负极和负极铆接端子接触面积减小,温度升高,铆接端子脱落的可能,长时间工作直接影响母排寿命和性能。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,提供一种正负极之间设置有绝缘膜的叠层母排:包括正极、负极、外PET绝缘膜、内PET绝缘膜、正极铆接端子、负极铆接端子,其特征在于:正极下层和负极上层均设有外PET绝缘膜,正极和负极之间设有内PET绝缘膜,正极和负极上分别设有若干正极铆接端子和负极铆接端子,正极铆接端子和负极铆接端子直接与系统中的功率元器件相接。
进一步优化的方案,正极和正极铆接端子、负极和负极铆接端子进行凸米反向铆接,正极上设置有凸台,负极上设置有与凸台相对应凹孔,凸米反向铆接通过凸台和凹孔的接合进行铆接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过在正负极之间设置绝缘膜,及对正极和正极铆接端子、负极和负极铆接端子进行凸米反向铆接,解决了系统中的叠层母排经过长时间的导通电流和使用,铆接端子和正负极之间会有一个热胀冷缩的过程,使拆卸螺丝时易造成铆接端子松脱,从而避免了正极和正极铆接端子、负极和负极铆接端子接触面积减小,温升升高,铆接端子脱落的问 题,直接增加了产品的使用寿命和性能,特别是适用于经常拆装的端接处。

实施例二
在上述实施例的基础上,正极1和正极铆接端子5、负极2和负极铆接端子6进行凸米反向铆接,正极1上设置有凸台7,负极2上设置有与凸台7相对应凹孔8,凸米反向铆接通过凸台7和凹孔8的接合进行铆接。

1.一种正负极之间设置有绝缘膜的叠层母排,包括正极(1)、负极(2)、外PET绝缘膜(3)、内PET绝缘膜(4)、正极铆接端子(5)和负极铆接端子(6),其特征在于:所述正极(1)下层和负极(2)上层均设有外PET绝缘膜(3),所述正极(1)和负极(2)之间设有内PET绝缘膜(4),所述正极(1)和负极(2)上分别设有若干正极铆接端子(5)和负极铆接端子(6),所述正极铆接端子(4)和负极铆接端子(5)直接与系统中的功率元器件相接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的叠层母排,其特征在于:所述正极(1)和正极铆接端子(5)、负极(2)和负极铆接端子(6)进行凸米反向铆接,正极(1)上设置有凸台(7),负极(2)上设置有与凸台(7)相对应凹孔(8),所述凸米反向铆接即通过所述凸台(7)和凹孔(8)的接合进行铆接。
