本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是:一种混合轴承,所述的轴承包括一个轴承外圈、轴承内圈,所述的轴承外圈上与轴承内圈上凹设有环槽,所述环槽的左侧设有圆弧过渡面,所述的环槽中从左到右设有滚珠和滚柱,所述滚珠右端抵住滚柱;还包括左保持架和右保持架,所述左保持架上设有若干个半圆保持条,所述右保持架上设有若干个方保持条,所述左保持架和右保持架合围形成若干个框体,所述每个框体框住一个滚珠和滚柱,所述方保持条上对应设有一个凸点抵住滚柱轴心。
进一步,半圆保持条和方保持条各有6个,且合围形成6个框体;所述的滚珠和滚柱也各设有6个。
本实用新型在装配时,同现有的滚珠轴承一样先把滚柱和滚珠并排放入外圈环槽下部,然后压入内圈,然后平均好滚柱和滚珠,然后放入保持架固定即可。
