背景技术
精神科收治的患者由于受幻觉、妄想的影响，患者无自知力不承认自己有病，经常会出现兴奋、冲动、攻击、自杀自伤、伤人毁物、病理性激情、出走等危害行为；老年痴呆、智障、癫痫伴发精神障碍、各种急慢性中毒性脑病患者、戒酒戒毒时戒断反应、脑外伤、脑血管意外等患者也会出现上述症状。为确保患者本人及其他人员和环境的安全，便于病房管理防范意外发生，约束用具被经常使用。因此，选择合适恰当的约束用具成为精神科护理不可忽视的重要内容。传统约束带约束患者的手腕及踝部,常出现以下不良反应：束带过紧会导致局部皮肤损伤和血液循环障碍,过松易挣脱或自行解开，并可作为患者自缢工具而出现法律纠纷；可能抓伤自己和他人；体位不合理造成臂丛神经麻痹、损伤；自行拔除胃管；带患者外出检查，出走机会增加；患者被“五花大绑”活动受限，从而导致本人情绪不满或家属感觉患者受罪，为其担忧,心理接受差；患者长时间约束床上活动少，易产生压疮和坠积性肺炎受到其他患者的伤害等意外；大小便排泄后处理困难等。并且会加重护理人员的工作强度，带来诸多的不便，从而导致工作效率低下。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是弥补上述现有技术的不足，提供一种多功能连体约束衣。

本实用新型与现有技术相比的有益效果是：在传统的连体约束衣的基础上将约束衣的上衣和裤子通过拉链简单连接，使得上衣和裤子既可以分离脱下换洗，又可以快速方便连接形成连体约束衣，达到连体衣束缚患者行动的作用。在上衣袖肘部设置由拉链封闭的敞口，方便了患者肘部注射，避免患者肘部注射需解开约束带卷起袖口的麻烦。胸口前心区同样设置由拉链封闭的敞口，从而达到无需脱掉上衣便可给患者做心电图和心电监护的效果。裤子裆部设置由拉链封闭的敞口，则方便了男性患者排尿操作。

具体实施方式
实施例：从图1可清楚地看到多功能连体约束衣，包括：上衣1和可与上衣1连为一体的裤子2，上衣1背部为敞开式结构，上衣1设有V字型领口。上衣1双肩部设有肩部束带7、上衣1两袖口设有袖口束带8、裤子2两膝盖处设有腿部束带9，裤子2两裤脚口设有脚部束带10，上衣1与裤子2通过腰部拉链3相连。上衣1袖子肘关节部位设有方便该部位暴露的肘部拉链4。上衣1胸口前心区部位设有方便该部位暴露的胸部拉链5。裤子2裤裆部位设有方便男性患者排尿使用的裆部拉链6。
本实用新型的使用方法：临床使用时，将上衣1与裤子2分离，利用上衣1背部敞开式结构，直接将患者双手捅入上衣1衣袖直至双手伸出袖口，即可完成上衣1的穿着。然后将患者双脚捅入裤子2直至双脚伸出裤脚后，即可通过设置在上衣1和裤子2的腰部拉链3将上衣1和裤子2连为一体。然后利用设置在上衣1双肩部的肩部束带7、上衣1两袖口的袖口束带8、裤子2两膝盖处的腿部束带9和两裤脚口的脚部束带10，将患者的双肩部、双手、双腿及双脚捆绑于病床的床架上，即可完成患者在病床上的固定。当患者需要脱去裤子2时只需将腰部拉链3拉开，便可方便的将上衣1与裤子2分离，使得穿脱多功能连体约束衣变得十分方便。当护理人员需要给患者进行手臂注射时，只需要拉开上衣1袖子肘部处的肘部拉链4便可轻松使肘部暴露实施注射操作，无需解开袖口的约束带卷起袖子。当需要给患者做心电图和心电监护时，只需要将胸口心前区的胸部拉链5拉开便可使该部位暴露。
