本实用新型涉及输送带的清洁，主要是一种流水线输送带的自动清洁装置。
背景技术
输送带长期使用后，其表面上会产生灰尘，需要人工定期清洁，通过手动拿毛刷刷洗，或者有输送带输送的粉料物质，其表面上会有残留的粉尘，也需要及时清理掉，操作麻烦，浪费时间。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种流水线输送带的自动清洁装置，其结构设计简单，设有毛刷能自动刷洗清洁输送带，清洁方便快速，能及时清除掉灰尘，能减小人工手动的劳动量。

一种流水线输送带的自动清洁装置，包括有机架，机架上安装有输送带，其特征在于：所述的机架上在靠近输送带端部的一侧安装有安装板，所述的安装板上安装有多个毛刷，多个毛刷上的刷毛正对紧贴着输送带上；所述的多个毛刷相互紧贴在一起，所述的机架上在毛刷下方设有接灰槽。
所述的安装板上设有卡槽，所述的毛刷卡合在卡槽内装。
本实用新型中输送带在移动输送过程中，当经过毛刷所在的位置时，毛刷上的刷毛对着输送带刷动清洁，灰尘掉落在接灰槽内。
本实用新型中毛刷卡合在安装板的卡槽内，因而当拿下毛刷时更换毛刷很方便。

所述的安装板3上设有卡槽5，所述的毛刷4卡合在卡槽5内。

1.一种流水线输送带的自动清洁装置，包括有机架，机架上安装有输送带，其特征在于：所述的机架上在靠近输送带端部的一侧安装有安装板，所述的安装板上安装有多个毛刷，多个毛刷上的刷毛正对紧贴着输送带上；所述的多个毛刷相互紧贴在一起，所述的机架上在毛刷下方设有接灰槽。
