背景技术
在混凝土内的PVC预埋盒，如果固定不牢固，会在混凝土浇灌过程中移位，这对于预埋位置要求较高的场所，会造成很大的麻烦。为了解决这个问题，常见采用两次浇筑来解决，即第一次浇筑时，为预埋盒留下匹配的空间，待混凝土干后，放置PVC预埋盒，然后二次浇筑，使得PVC预埋盒和混凝土固定，效果不佳，且十分不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的旨在解决上述问题，提出一种固定式混凝土内PVC预埋盒。本实用新型结构简单，施工方便，且彻底杜绝了移位问题。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型一种固定式混凝土内PVC预埋盒，它包括PVC预埋盒、两横两纵钢筋构成的框；所述PVC预埋盒卡在由两横两纵钢筋构成的框内，所述的纵钢筋和/或横钢筋同混凝土内钢筋焊接在一起。
所述的一种固定式混凝土内PVC预埋盒，所述PVC盒内填充有泡沫或锯末。
本实用新型的钢筋可采用废料，其结构简单，制作方便，不仅简化了混凝土浇筑工序，而且能够可靠固定预埋盒，对位置要求较高的场所，效果较好。

如图1所示，本实用新型一种固定式混凝土内PVC预埋盒，它包括PVC预埋盒3，所述PVC预埋盒卡在由两横两纵钢筋1、2构成的框内，所述的纵钢筋和/或横钢筋同混凝土内钢筋焊接在一起。(图中的预埋盒仅可用横钢筋同混凝土内钢筋焊接。)
