现有技术中，印刷电路板在裁板时容易因为夹爪没有将板子夹到位而发生裁小或者裁斜的状况，造成不良与浪费，也没有有效的方法得到解决，只能通过人工仔细观察核对才来确保夹爪夹板到位，但是人工观察难免出错，也容易因操作工个人原因发生偏差。

为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种精准裁切裁板机，该精准裁切裁板机能够杜绝基板因夹具夹板不到位而发生的裁小或裁斜状况，改善开料裁切大小板问题。

较佳的是，所述传感器为光栅传感器。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型精准裁切裁板机主要是在移动式滑台的侧壁前端设置了用于监测夹具是否将板子夹板到位的传感器，传感器连接裁板机的控制器，当传感器监测不到夹具夹板到位的信号时，即使按下裁板机的启动按钮也不会进行裁切，必须使夹具夹板到位后传感器传送给控制器夹板到位的信号后，按下启动按钮才能启动裁板机进行裁切，因此，可以杜绝基板因夹具夹板不到位而发生的裁小或裁斜状况，改善开料裁切大小板问题。
