Abstract
一种深松免耕播种机，该机是对美国引进的免耕播种机机型的进一步改进，使免耕播种技术适用于我国的小块地使用，更有利于推广该项先进播种技术，我们在仿制国外原机型的基础上取消了前面的两个开沟圆盘，装上深松开沟施肥器，前面加了限深轮，把牵引式联接改为悬挂式连接。减少了地头损失，有利于小块地种植，深松功能有利于植物根系生长，增加粮食产量又不用两年一翻地。

本实用新型涉及一种深松免耕播种机，特别是一种可以悬挂联接，有深松功能的免耕播种机。免耕播种技术在美国及加拿大被大量使用，在我国近年开始推广应用，免耕种植法有保墒省工的特点，本实用新型是对国外引进免耕播种机的改进，使这种免耕播种机更适用于我国种植条件。
背景技术：
免耕播种技术是在不松土的原耕地上进行播种，现有国内生产的免耕播种机，和美国、德国及加拿大播种机的结构、原理基本相同，圆盘开沟施肥、圆盘播种、牵引式联接。其存在的问题是：1.圆盘开沟机体必须有一定的重量切入地下才能开沟作业，所以只能做牵引机型，不能悬挂，造成地头10米内不能播种，不利于小面积作业。2.由于地面压实，根部土质太硬，不利于根部成长，所以每两年必须翻整一次土地，否则会导致减产。
发明内容：
本实用新型是取消原有的圆盘开沟施肥器，改用深松犁开沟施肥，这样只对根下松上，而不翻上，使根系得到良好的生长，有利于种植生产，不用两年一翻地，同时不需要大重量压入，减少了一半的重量，由于减少了重量，可以实现悬挂作业，地头地尾不丢地，有利于土地利用，便于我国在小型耕地上推广免耕技术。
本实用新型是这样实现的：
联接部分：在方樑(3)前面装有悬挂架(2)，用于和拖拉机联接。
深松施肥部分：方樑(3)前面装有两个深松开沟施肥器(22)，通过肥箱(4)、肥管(23)对地下施肥，前面装有限深轮(17)，通过调整器(1)控制开沟深度，支架(21)铰接安装在方樑(3)上。
传动部分：限深轮(17)提供传动动力，通过轴(19)、链条(20)、双链轮(24)、链条(25)带动变速箱输入轴(37)，变速箱轴(37)、链轮(7)、链条(6)、链轮(5)带动肥箱(4)。变速箱(8)通过变速箱输出轴(38)、链轮(9)、链条(10)、双链轮(12)带动播种器(39)播种。双链轮(12)通过链条(13)、链轮(15)带动播种器(40)施口肥。
拨草部分：每垄两个拨草轮(26)装在支架(27)上，支架(27)铰接安装在机架(14)上，通过调整器(28)调节拨草轮高度。
播种部分：双盘开沟播种器(29)开沟，种子通过种箱(11)、播种器(39)，通过机架(14)方孔把种子播在双盘开沟播种器中间(29)实现播种作业。后面装有两个播种限深轮(30)，通过调整器(32)调整播种深度，两个限深轮(30)装在支架(31)上，铰接固定在机架(14)上。
口肥和振压：口肥经过肥箱(16)、播种器(40)通过机架(14)上的孔把肥播到种上，通过两个振压轮(35)压实，振压轮(35)通过架(34)和机架(14)铰接固定，弹簧(33)用于加压。
播种行数扩展：在现有的机型上可以通过增加机架数量以做成多垄机型。
本实用新型减少整机重量，实现了悬挂联接，增加了土地的利用，实现了小块耕地免耕作业推广，深松有利于植物根系生长，不用两年一翻地，是一种适应我国国情的免耕播种机。

机架(14)是安装在方樑(3)上的，可以增加多个机架成为多垄机型，也可以调整垄距，限深轮(17)也可用胶轮，深松开沟施肥器(22)用65锰钢制作，犁两侧叶片用于把土松起而又不翻土。

1.一种深松免耕播种机，方樑(3)上部装有肥箱(4)、种箱(11)、口肥箱(16)，方樑(3)一头装有变速箱(8)，机架下前部装有拨草轮(26)、双盘开沟播种器(29)、播种限深轮(30)，后部装有振压轮(35)，其特征是：前面装有悬挂架(2)，方樑(3)前装有限深轮(17)和调整器(1)，方樑(3)前安装有两个深松开沟施肥器(22)。
