本实用新型涉及电池测试设备充放电电源,尤其涉及低压电池测试设备充放电供电电源 。
背景技术
目前市场的低电压电池测试设备的供电电源主要以两种形式存在:(1)线性变压器经过整流滤波后形成的线性电源,优点:纹波小,电压固定,不需要控制。缺点:功率设计裕量跨度大、成本高;(2)开关电源:同线性电源,输出电压固定,优点是体积小,缺点:纹波大,效率低。这两种电源有个共同的缺点就是由于电压输出固定,假设在电池电压固定的情况下,充电情况下,根据公式P耗散=(U电源-U电池)*I全部耗散在功率器件上,电池电压越低,功率器件的耗散功率越大,极大的增加了散热器的成本,降低了产品的效率和产品的市场竞争力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于解决目前现有技术在该领域内的缺陷和不足,利用电压可控型开关电源作为低压电池测试设备的供电电源极大的提高了效率,节约了能源。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种低压电池测试设备充放电供电电源,包含MCU控制单元、数模转换单元、比较单元、采样单元和开关电源;所述的MCU控制单元用于对采样单元发出采样指令,并且向数模转换单元输出信号;所述的数模转换单元与MCU控制单元连接,将MCU控制单元给出的数字信号转换成模拟信号以供后期处理;所述的采样单元与MCU控制单元和比较单元连接,对开关电源的输出电压以及电池电压进行采样,将采样信号反馈给MCU控制单元;所述的比较单元与数模转换单元和开关电源连接,通过对开关电源输出电压和数模转换单元输出的模拟信号进行比较,向开关电源给出控制信号,控制开关电源的工作;所述的开关电源通过收到的比较信号控制其pwm信号,达到所要求的输出电压值。
所述的各单元之间的连接通过导线或pcb连接。
本实用新型的低压电池测试设备充放电供电电源的优点是:大大减小了设备空间;利用开关电源电压输出可控来降低功率器件的压降,做到节能,提高整机功率密度及效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所述,一种低压电池测试设备充放电供电电源,包含MCU控制单元1、数模转换单元2、比较单元3、采样单元4和开关电源5;MCU控制单元1用于对采样单元4发出采样指令,并且向数模转换单元2输出信号;数模转换单元2与MCU控制单元1连接,将MCU控制单元给出的数字信号转换成模拟信号以供后期处理;采样单元4与MCU控制单元1和比较单元3连接,对开关电源5的输出电压以及电池电压进行采样,将采样信号反馈给MCU控制单元1;比较单元4与数模转换单元2和开关电源5连接,通过对开关电源输出电压和数模转换单元输出的模拟信号进行比较,向开关电源给出控制信号,控制开关电源的工作;开关电源5通过收到的比较信号控制其pwm信号,输出所要求的电压值。
原理控制如图2所示,MCU控制单元主要是由主控芯片DSP对电池电压进行采样并输出DA控制信号,与电池电压信号做比较给开关电源的控制芯片,这时开关电源输出需要的电压值,电池电压根据充电或放电将输出电压减电池电压或输出电压加电池电压加到功率单元上,功率单元通过控制实现恒流。功率单元的耗能=(U1-U2)*I,I为充放电电流。

1.一种低压电池测试设备充放电供电电源,其特征在于:包含MCU控制单元、数模转换单元、比较单元、采样单元和开关电源;所述的MCU控制单元用于对采样单元发出采样指令,并且向数模转换单元输出信号;所述的数模转换单元与MCU控制单元连接,将MCU控制单元给出的数字信号转换成模拟信号以供后期处理;所述的采样单元与MCU控制单元和比较单元连接,对开关电源的输出电压以及电池电压进行采样,将采样信号反馈给MCU控制单元;所述的比较单元与数模转换单元和开关电源连接,通过对开关电源输出电压和数模转换单元输出的模拟信号进行比较,向开关电源给出控制信号,控制开关电源的工作;所述的开关电源通过收到的比较信号控制其pwm信号,达到所要求的输出电压值。
