本发明涉及一种列管式蒸发器的螺旋折流板,属于节能及环保领域。
背景技术
列管式换热器是一种广泛应用的换热器类型,为了强化壳侧换热性能,采用螺旋折流板是一种有效的方法,对壳侧流动阻力影响不大,且不会形成流动死区,常见螺旋折流板的升角为15-42°,有研究结果表明大螺旋升角具有较好的综合性能,然而随着升角的提高,加工难度不断增加。
发明内容
为了解决在列管蒸发器管束外侧采用大螺旋角的螺旋折流板,存在加工难度的不足,本实用新型提出一种综合性能好的适合壳侧工质为蒸汽的列管蒸发器的螺旋折流板。
一种列管式蒸发器的螺旋折流板,其特征在于:包括折流板体,所述折流板为螺旋折流板,螺旋角为10°,螺距为30-60cm。
本实用新型的优点在于:与常规采用弓形折流板相比,在相同工况条件下,采用螺旋折流板的强化方式,螺旋折流板的升角仅为10°,但是螺距/板间距可提高30%以上。能够明显降低螺旋折流板加工难度,且能保证良好的综合性能。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,包括折流板体,所述折流板为螺旋折流板,螺旋角为10°,螺距为30-60cm。使用时,壳侧的蒸汽沿着折流板绕管束螺旋流过,在实现较高换热性能的同时,保持较低的流动阻力。与常规弓形折流板相比,能够显著改善换热器的综合性能。
表1为三种常见壳侧强化换热方式性能比较图表。如表1所示,对三种常见的壳侧强化换热方式性能结果进行比较可以看到,采用螺旋折流板的换热器,能够显著提高螺距,从而降低螺旋折流板的加工难度。
