本实用新型提出一种用纤维增强树脂基复合材料制作的指套,厚度薄,强度高,耐油污,能防止在切菜的时候,手指被割伤,且不影响切菜操作。本实用新型提出的一种防切手指的指套,其实现方式是,指套用的材料是碳素纤维增强树脂基复合材料或者芳纶纤维增强树脂基复合材料,纤维呈网状分布,采用三维编织方式制作而成,并在指套的开口端设置一条弹性松紧圈。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种指套,能防止在切菜的时候,手指被割伤。
背景技术
人们在厨房切菜时,常常由于不小心会被菜刀割伤手指。在厨房现在的手套多用棉麻、丝绸、橡胶等材料制作而成,可以起到保暖、隔离酸碱腐蚀物质等作用。但是这些织物厚度过大,带上这些材料编制的手套,会影响手感。由于切菜时,主要的危险部分是手指,因而只需要对手指部分加以保护即可,没有必要制作整副手套来保护手指。
本发明提出一种用纤维增强树脂基复合材料制作的指套,厚度薄,强度高,耐油污,保护手指,且不影响切菜操作。
发明内容
本发明提出的一种防切手指的指套,其实现方式是,指套用的材料是碳素纤维增强树脂基复合材料或者芳纶纤维增强树脂基复合材料,纤维呈网状分布,采用三维编织方式制作而成。由于纤维强度较高,可以用碳素纤维或者芳纶纤维编织成厚度较薄的三维网状结构的指套体,再浸入树脂中固化成型,形成复合材料的指套体1。这样制作的指套厚度控制在2mm以下,可以在保护手指的同时,不影响切菜操作。碳素纤维的编织方式是三维编制的,避免纤维单向分布时,手指可能被平行于纤维方向切入的刀口割伤。
进一步,在指套的开口端设置一条弹性松紧圈2。在不需要使用指套的时候,可以滚动松紧圈,把指套卷起来,便于存放。由于整体橡胶手套和手指间的摩擦力比较大,人们在脱下手套时会比较费力,而采用本发明的指套,松脱指套时,可以通过卷动方式来轻松完成。

具体实施方式
本发明的一个实施方案是,把指套编织成较薄厚度的三维网状结构,指套的长度超过第一个指关节,厚度为0.2mm左右,再浸入PE树脂中固化成型,总厚度在1mm左右。在指套的开口端设置一条弹性松紧圈。

1.一种防切手指的指套,其特征在于,指套用的材料是碳素纤维增强树脂基复合材料或者芳纶纤维增强树脂基复合材料,纤维呈网状分布,采用三维编织方式制作而成。
2.  根据权利要求1所述的指套,其特征在于,手套的开口端设置一条弹性松紧圈。
