本实用新型一种反射式LED灯散热结构,在散热器外部设有环形散热壁,在环形散热壁外侧设有散热翼片,在散热器抛物面外底部设有“十”字形散热墙,该“十”字形散热墙与环形散热壁相连;“十”字形散热墙和环形散热壁,LED发出的热量通过LED散热片传到散热器抛物面底部,热量迅速沿“十”字形散热墙直线传导到环形散热壁,而环形散热壁面积较大,利于热量传到散热翼片上散出去,同时另一部分热量也可从散热器抛物面传导到环形散热壁,散热效果更好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种照明装置,进一步指LED照明装置的散热结构。
背景技术
LED发光时会产生热量,长期在高温下使用会影响其寿命,因此LED照明装置均设有散热片进行散热。如图1所示现有的反射式LED灯有两片LED光源、一个反射杯和散热器,反射杯为抛物面形,散热器内壁与反射杯外壁贴合在一起,在反射杯外部设有散热片。虽然反射杯为金属件,但其与LED并未接触,所以其能其到的散热效果一般,因此LED发出的热量传导到散热器底部沿散热器内壁再传导到外面的散热片上,这样散热路径较长,散热效果较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高效的LED灯散热结构。
为达成上述目的,本实用新型一种反射式LED灯散热结构,在抛物面形的反射杯内立设有两LED光源,该LED光源贴设在LED散热片上,在反射杯外部设有散热器,散热器内壁为与反射杯相贴合设计的抛物面,LED散热片与散热器抛物面底部连接,在散热器外部设有环形散热壁,在环形散热壁外侧设有散热翼片,在散热器抛物面外底部设有“十”字形散热墙,该“十”字形散热墙与环形散热壁相连。
采用上述方案后,LED发出的热量经散热片传导到散热器抛物面的底部,分别沿散热器抛物面和“十”字形散热墙传递到环形散热壁,再由环形散热壁传导到散热翼片,使用“十”字形散热墙后传热速度更快,加入环形散热壁扩大的散热面积,散热效果更好。

请参阅图2以及图3,本实用新型由LED光源1、反射杯2和散热器3组成,LED光源有两片,另一片位于北面未示出,两LED光源贴设在LED散热片(图中未示出)上立设于反射杯2抛物面底部。散热器3与反射杯2一样呈抛物面,使散热器3与反射杯2可紧密贴合在一起,反射杯2底部开有通孔,LED散热片穿过该通孔与散热器3相连。散热器抛物面31外部设有环形散热壁32,在环形散热壁32外壁上设有散热翼片33,散热器抛物面31外部底部垂直与该抛物面设有“十”字形散热墙34,该“十”字形散热墙34高度与环形散热壁32高度相同并连接在环形散热壁32的内壁上。
由于采用了“十”字形散热墙34和环形散热壁32,LED发出的热量通过LED散热片传到散热器抛物面底部,热量迅速沿“十”字形散热墙34直线传导到环形散热壁32,而环形散热壁32面积较大,利于热量传到散热翼片33上散出去,同时另一部分热量也可从散热器抛物面31传导到环形散热壁32。这样比现有的仅从散热器抛物面传导到散热翼片效果好很多。

1.一种反射式LED灯散热结构,在抛物面形的反射杯内立设有两LED光源,该LED光源贴设在LED散热片上,在反射杯外部设有散热器,散热器内壁为与反射杯相贴合设计的抛物面,LED散热片与散热器抛物面底部连接,其特征在于:在散热器外部设有环形散热壁,在环形散热壁外侧设有散热翼片,在散热器抛物面外底部设有“十”字形散热墙,该“十”字形散热墙与环形散热壁相连。
