Abstract

本实用新型涉及具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承。保持器体设置在外圈和内圈之间,保持器体圆周面上的每个球兜内装有一个钢球,保持器体第一端面上的每个楔块槽口中装有一个楔块,相邻楔块槽口之间为楔块间隔凸台;固定盖与保持器体第一端连接;其特征在于:所述的每个楔块间隔凸台上均设置有一端开口的弹簧槽,所述弹簧槽的开口端与轴承内圈单向转动方向前的楔块槽口连通,弹簧槽内装有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧内端连接保持器体,压缩弹簧外端从弹簧槽开口端露出并顶住楔块,使得楔块始终与外圈和内圈保持贴合。本实用新型既不影响楔块的正常工作又具有防楔块反装的能力,提高了产品的加工效率,保证了产品质量,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及逆向止动轴承,具体地说是一种具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承,属于机械传动设备技术领域。
背景技术
对现如今的轴承加工制造行业来说,轴承种类繁多,一些特殊用途的轴承使用的也较为广泛。例如一种楔块式逆向止动轴承就在洗衣机行业中使用率尤为突出,该楔块式逆向止动轴承依靠其只能单向运转的特性来实现洗衣机的工作。现有的楔块式逆向止动轴承都是通过楔块与外圈和内圈的配合来达到逆向止动的目的,其对楔块的安装方向有严格要求。但是在实际加工制造过程中,工人在安装楔块时难以避免地会犯错误,出现楔块反装现象,而这就会导致轴承套圈(包括外圈和内圈)出现单向失效甚至是双向卡死等问题,严重影响产品质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承,其结构简单,设计巧妙,既不影响楔块的正常工作又具有防楔块反装的能力,省去了对楔块方向是否装反进行检验的后道工序,从而大大提高了产品的加工效率,保证了产品质量,降低了生产成本。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案:具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承,包括外圈、内圈、保持器体、钢球、楔块和固定盖,所述保持器体设置在外圈和内圈之间,保持器体的圆周面上设置有多个周向均布的球兜,每个球兜内装有一个钢球;所述保持器体的第一端面上设置有多个周向均布的楔块槽口,每个楔块槽口中装有一个楔块,相邻楔块槽口之间为楔块间隔凸台;所述固定盖设置在外圈第一端与内圈第一端之间,固定盖与保持器体第一端连接;其特征在于:所述的每个楔块间隔凸台上均设置有一端开口的弹簧槽,所述弹簧槽的开口端与轴承内圈单向转动方向前的楔块槽口连通,弹簧槽内装有压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧内端连接保持器体,压缩弹簧外端从弹簧槽开口端露出并顶住楔块,使得楔块始终与外圈和内圈保持贴合。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述内圈第二端的端面向外周向延伸形成防尘盖,所述防尘盖的外周边沿与外圈第二端的端面内周边沿密封配合。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述防尘盖的外周边沿与外圈第二端的端面内周边沿各设有相互对应配合的防尘槽,防尘槽内设置有密封圈。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述保持器体的楔块间隔凸台上设有连接孔,所述固定盖底部设有与连接孔相适配的连接件,固定盖通过连接件与连接孔的对应配合来与保持器体连接。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的多个球兜和多个楔块槽口在保持器体的圆周方向上间隔交错分布。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述保持器体上的球兜数和楔块槽口数均为九个。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述保持器体采用尼龙材料制成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:本实用新型结构简单,设计巧妙,在功能结构未减少的情况下额外增加了防楔块反装的功能,既不影响楔块的正常工作又具有防楔块反装的能力,彻底杜绝了楔块反装的可能,省去了对楔块方向是否装反进行检验的后道工序,从而大大提高了产品的加工效率,保证了产品质量,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示,实施例中的具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承主要由外圈1、内圈2、保持器体3、钢球4、楔块5、压缩弹簧6、密封圈7和固定盖8组成。
如图1~图4所示,所述保持器体3设置在外圈1和内圈2之间,保持器体3的圆周面上设置有九个周向均布的球兜3a,每个球兜3a内装有一个钢球4;所述保持器体3的第一端面上设置有九个周向均布的楔块槽口3b,每个楔块槽口3b中装有一个楔块5,相邻楔块槽口3b之间为楔块间隔凸台3c;所述固定盖8设置在外圈1第一端与内圈2第一端之间,固定盖8与保持器体3第一端连接;所述的每个楔块间隔凸台3c上均设置有一端开口的弹簧槽3d,所述弹簧槽3d的开口端与轴承内圈2单向转动方向前的楔块槽口3b连通,弹簧槽3d内装有压缩弹簧6,所述压缩弹簧6内端连接保持器体3,压缩弹簧6外端从弹簧槽3d开口端露出并顶住楔块5,使得楔块5始终与外圈1和内圈2保持贴合。
如图1所示,本实用新型实施例中,所述内圈2第二端的端面向外周向延伸形成防尘盖2a,所述防尘盖2a的外周边沿与外圈1第二端的端面内周边沿密封配合。为了进一步提高密封效果,所述防尘盖2a的外周边沿与外圈1第二端的端面内周边沿各设有相互对应配合的防尘槽,防尘槽内设置有密封圈7。
如图1~图3所示,本实用新型实施例中,所述的九个球兜3a和九个楔块槽口3b在保持器体3的圆周方向上间隔交错分布。
本实用新型实施例中,所述保持器体3与固定盖8的连接结构如图1、图2所示,所述保持器体3的楔块间隔凸台3c上设有连接孔3e,所述固定盖8底部设有与连接孔3e相适配的连接件,固定盖8通过连接件与连接孔3e的对应配合来与保持器体3连接。所述固定盖8与保持器体3连接起来才能保证楔块5和压缩弹簧6均在工作位置。
本实用新型中,所述保持器体3可以采用现有的制造保持器的通用材料制成,优选采用尼龙材料制成。
具体安装时,当楔块5按照图2所示方式正确安装时,楔块5能够顺利装入,与外圈1、内圈2配合;当楔块5按照图3所示方式反装时,楔块5左上角会与保持器体3的局部产生干涉(参见图4),从而导致楔块5无法装入,直接杜绝了楔块5反装的可能。

1.具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(2)、保持器体(3)、钢球(4)、楔块(5)和固定盖(8),所述保持器体(3)设置在外圈(1)和内圈(2)之间,保持器体(3)的圆周面上设置有多个周向均布的球兜(3a),每个球兜(3a)内装有一个钢球(4);所述保持器体(3)的第一端面上设置有多个周向均布的楔块槽口(3b),每个楔块槽口(3b)中装有一个楔块(5),相邻楔块槽口(3b)之间为楔块间隔凸台(3c);所述固定盖(8)设置在外圈(1)第一端与内圈(2)第一端之间,固定盖(8)与保持器体(3)第一端连接;其特征在于:所述的每个楔块间隔凸台(3c)上均设置有一端开口的弹簧槽(3d),所述弹簧槽(3d)的开口端与轴承内圈(2)单向转动方向前的楔块槽口(3b)连通,弹簧槽(3d)内装有压缩弹簧(6),所述压缩弹簧(6)内端连接保持器体(3),压缩弹簧(6)外端从弹簧槽(3d)开口端露出并顶住楔块(5),使得楔块(5)始终与外圈(1)和内圈(2)保持贴合。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈(2)第二端的端面向外周向延伸形成防尘盖(2a),所述防尘盖(2a)的外周边沿与外圈(1)第二端的端面内周边沿密封配合。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承,其特征在于:所述防尘盖(2a)的外周边沿与外圈(1)第二端的端面内周边沿各设有相互对应配合的防尘槽,防尘槽内设置有密封圈(7)。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承,其特征在于:所述保持器体(3)的楔块间隔凸台(3c)上设有连接孔(3e),所述固定盖(8)底部设有与连接孔(3e)相适配的连接件,固定盖(8)通过连接件与连接孔(3e)的对应配合来与保持器体(3)连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承,其特征在于:所述的多个球兜(3a)和多个楔块槽口(3b)在保持器体(3)的圆周方向上间隔交错分布。
6.如权利要求1所述的具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承,其特征在于:所述保持器体(3)上的球兜(3a)数和楔块槽口(3b)数均为九个。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有防楔块反装轴承保持器的逆向止动轴承,其特征在于:所述保持器体(3)采用尼龙材料制成。
