一种城市高地下水条件下的道路结构，其特征是：包括铺设在土基上的底层双向土工格栅，底层双向土工格栅层上设置35cm厚的卵石层，卵石层上设置25cm厚的碎石层，且底层双向土工格栅层反包在卵石层上，碎石层上设置25cm厚的水泥土隔离层，水泥土隔离层上设置路面结构层；所述路面结构层自上至下由下列结构层组成：5cm厚的中粒式沥青混凝土层、0.4L／m2的沥青粘层、7cm厚的粗粒式沥青混凝土层、0.9L／m2 的沥青透层、40cm厚的水泥稳定碎石层、30cm厚的填隙碎石层。
