背景技术
对于凹版印刷机的烘干装置由于结构设计不合理，在各个印刷组的一侧设有烘干装置，直接导致油墨会出现假干的现象；纸张表面烘干时纸张均匀性较差，导致安全性能较差；油墨中一些挥发性有机物得不到完全的挥发。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是针对以上技术问题，提供一种可移动烘干的凹版印刷机，它改善了传统的烘干结构，烘干效果优越。
 所述目的是通过如下方案实现的：一种可移动烘干的凹版印刷机，包括印刷机本体，所述印刷机本体上设有烘箱，还包括丝杆，所述丝杆的一端可转动的设置在烘箱内，所述丝杆的另一端与电机连接，所述丝杆上设有螺母，所述螺母的底端设有出风头，所述出风头上设有风网。还包括热风机，所述热风机通过风管与出风头连接。
所述风管上设有风量控制阀。
本实用新型具有以下优点：本实用新型可以电机驱动丝杆转动，同时螺母带动出风头在烘箱内移动，对纸张表面烘干，油墨不会出现假干的现象，有利于挥发性有机物得完全的挥发，提高了烘干的质量。

一种可移动烘干的凹版印刷机，包括印刷机本体1，所述印刷机本体1上设有烘箱，还包括丝杆12，所述丝杆12的一端可转动的设置在烘箱10内，所述丝杆12的另一端与电机13连接，所述丝杆12上设有螺母14，所述螺母14的底端设有出风头11，所述出风头11上设有风网。还包括热风机8，所述热风机8通过风管9与出风头11连接。所述风管9上设有风量控制阀15。
通过控制电路来控制电机的正反转，电机驱动丝杆转动，同时螺母带动出风头在烘箱内移动，对纸张表面烘干，油墨不会出现假干的现象，有利于挥发性有机物得完全的挥发，提高了烘干的质量。从而提高产品在色彩、文字、图案等方面的印刷质量。

1.一种可移动烘干的凹版印刷机，包括印刷机本体（1），其特征在于：所述印刷机本体（1）上设有烘箱，还包括丝杆（12），所述丝杆（12）的一端可转动的设置在烘箱（10）内，所述丝杆（12）的另一端与电机（13）连接，所述丝杆（12）上设有螺母（14），所述螺母（14）的底端设有出风头（11），所述出风头（11）上设有风网，还包括热风机（8），所述热风机（8）通过风管（9）与出风头（11）连接。
