如图1、图2所示，金刚石薄壁圆弧形钻头刀齿，包括有一块弧形的刀齿1，刀齿1的切削面2设有圆弧形的片齿3，相邻的片齿3之间具有齿槽4，刀齿1的后端面5是焊接于无缝钢管上。金刚石薄壁圆弧形钻头刀齿是由金刚石加工合制而成，如图它平的一端面是焊接在无缝钢管上，而圆弧形齿的一端面是直接接触被切削材料，在切削时接触面积较小，摩擦力使之减小，进尺速度变快，从而提高了工作效率。
