该实用新型是这样的：灯杆（8）与主杆（5）活动连接；灯杆上还活动连接一拐杆（1）；拐杆上有一排等距离的轮齿（3）；主杆（5）上有两孔对穿；套叉（4）在主杆内部，套叉的两端有两个柄，从对穿的两孔中穿出；套叉套住拐杆上的一排轮齿的其中一个轮齿；拐杆侧边到棱齿顶端的垂直高度，略高于或等于主杆内侧底到两孔的垂直高度。当我们转动套叉上的柄，套叉就会推动轮齿，就会使拐杆上升或下降。拐杆的上升或下降，推动灯杆的呈扇形运动，使灯杆垂在地上或竖起来。因而方便维修和换泡。
由于采用上述设计，使得拐杆能推动灯杆上升和下降，使得人站在地面上就能维护灯杆和换灯泡。
