Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种复合型保温箱，由发泡层和热塑性塑料层构成。保温箱强度高，使用寿命长，表面致密度高，容易清洁，使用更广泛，重量轻，结实耐用。

本实用新型属于冷藏或保温领域，具体是一种复合型保温箱。
背景技术
保温箱或保温箱主要用于食品、药品、化装品、电子器件、干冰等的冷藏或保温储存、运输。市场上保温箱主要是PU发泡箱、EPS箱、EPP箱，其中EPS、EPP箱多为单一材料做成，也有采用EPS做为保温层加内胆和外壳，但与内壳和内胆之间有间隙。PU发泡箱是在内胆和外壳之间填注发泡料而成，但与塑料之间不能形成有机结合，外力作用下容易分离。
单层的EPP，EPS箱，表面组织不紧密，表面容易脏，不易清洁，有一定的吸水性，不利用多次使用。但增加了塑料内胆和外壳的EPS箱，重量大，由于EPS和内胆之间有间隙，箱子可能会渗水进来从而影响保温冷藏效果。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种制造成本低、坚固耐用且利于清洗洁净的复合型保温箱。
为了实现以上目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是：一种复合型保温箱，由发泡层和热塑性塑料层构成。
进一步地，所述发泡层为EPS、EPP或EPO的发泡层。
所述热塑性塑料层为PS、PP、PC、ABS、PVC、PE、PA的热塑性塑料层。
所述发泡层加设一层塑料保护壳，且两者之间具有间隙。
本实用新型的优点是：
1、解决EPS箱易碎，大大增加了保温箱的使用强度，使得保温箱的使用寿命大大增长，从而可以更长时间的重复使用。
2、相对于现在使用的EPS保温箱使用，表面致密度高，容易清洁，使用更广泛。
3、本复合型保温箱重量轻，结实耐用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，复合型保温箱由发泡层2和热塑性塑料层1紧密地结合构成，它们在高温状态下复合为一体。
发泡层2为多孔结构，热导系数小，起保温作用。发泡层可以由EPS(可发性聚苯乙烯)、EPP(聚丙烯泡沫塑料)或EPO(可发泡聚乙烯)材料制成。
热塑性塑料层1可以由PS(聚苯乙烯)、PP(聚丙烯)、ABS(苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈为基的三元共聚体)、PC(聚碳酸酯)、PCV(聚氯乙烯)、PE(聚乙烯)或PA(尼龙)材料制成。
如图2所示，在发泡层2外面增加一层塑料保护壳3，起到保护发泡层的作用。发泡层2与塑料保护壳3之间具有间隙。

2.根据权利要求1所述的复合型保温箱，其特征在于，所述发泡层为EPS、EPP或EPO的发泡层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合型保温箱，其特征在于，所述热塑性塑料层为PS、PP、PC、ABS、PVC、PE、PA的热塑性塑料层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合型保温箱，其特征在于，所述发泡层加设一层塑料保护壳，且两者之间具有间隙。
