Abstract

本实用新型的畜禽血液保存箱涉及一种兽医用医疗器械,是由箱体和盖体构成,箱体的内部设有保温块,保温块的中心设有凹槽,凹槽的内部设有固定块,固定块上座有试管,试管上盖有隔离盖,在保温块的内部设有电阻丝,凹槽的两侧、保温块的顶部分别设有调温旋钮、开关和提手,调温旋钮和开关控制电阻丝。箱体的外侧设有卡槽,盖体的侧面卡扣,卡槽与卡扣相对应。本实用新型能够在采血完成后,保持血样的温度,而且箱体内能够保持多个相对独立的保温块,每个保温块的温度均可控,使不同的血样保持不同的温度,以适应不同的畜禽血样的不同温度需求,而且其箱体为三层保温结构,避免了温度对化验结果的影响,进而能够对畜禽病情进行准确诊断。

背景技术
现代畜牧农场的规模日益增大,养殖的畜禽种类和数量也日益增多,畜禽发病的数量也会相应增多,畜禽一旦发病就应立即进行诊断,这样才能及时对症下药;采血化验是一种极为普遍而且准确的诊断方法,一般来说兽医会在牧场内对畜禽进行采样,然后将血样拿到化验室进行化验、确诊,而运送环境的温度并不可控,使血液在运输的过程中,因受到温度的影响,进而导致化验结果不准,进而延误了畜禽的治疗时间。

本实用新型对于上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种畜禽血液保存箱。
本实用新型的畜禽血液保存箱,是由箱体和盖体构成,箱体的内部设有保温块,保温块的中心设有凹槽,凹槽的内部设有固定块,固定块上座有试管,试管上盖有隔离盖,在保温块的内部设有电阻丝,凹槽的两侧、保温块的顶部分别设有调温旋钮、开关和提手,调温旋钮和开关控制电阻丝。箱体的外侧设有卡槽,盖体的侧面卡扣,卡槽与卡扣相对应。

作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的箱体分为三层、由外向内依次为铝合金层、聚氨酯发泡层和真空绝热层,所述的盖体分为两层、由外向内依次为铝合金层和聚氨酯发泡层。

本实用新型的畜禽血液保存箱,能够在采血完成后,保持血样的温度,而且箱体内能够保持多个相对独立的保温块,每个保温块的温度均可控,使不同的血样保持不同的温度,以适应不同的畜禽血样的不同温度需求,而且其箱体为三层保温结构,避免了温度对化验结果的影响,进而能够对畜禽病情进行准确诊断。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的畜禽血液保存箱是由箱体1和盖体2构成,所述的箱体1分为三层、由外向内依次为铝合金层14、聚氨酯发泡层15和真空绝热层16,所述的盖体2分为两层、由外向内依次为铝合金层14和聚氨酯发泡层15,箱体的三层保温结构,能够保证箱体内部与外界完全隔绝;箱体1内设有四个保温块3,相邻的保温块3间均设有真空绝热层16,使每个保温块3即为一个独立的保温空间。箱体1的外侧设有卡槽12,盖体2的侧面卡扣13,卡槽12与卡扣13相对应,箱体1与盖体2的接缝处设有密封圈16,盖体2的顶面设有拉手17。保温块3的中心设有凹槽8,凹槽8的内部设有固定块9,固定块9上座有试管10,试管10上盖有隔离盖11,在保温块3的内部设有电阻丝7;凹槽8的两侧、保温块3的顶部分别设有调温旋钮4、开关5和提手6,调温旋钮4和开关5控制电阻丝7;装置本身设有电源,即在每个保温块3内均设有电源,电阻丝与电源电路连接,调温旋钮4和开关5控制电阻丝7,进而调节保温块3的温度。

1.畜禽血液保存箱,是由箱体(1)和盖体(2)构成,其特征在于箱体(1)的内部设有保温块(3),保温块(3)的中心设有凹槽(8),凹槽(8)的内部设有固定块(9),固定块(9)上座有试管(10),试管(10)上盖有隔离盖(11),在保温块(3)的内部设有电阻丝(7),凹槽(8)的两侧、保温块(3)的顶部分别设有调温旋钮(4)、开关(5)和提手(6),调温旋钮(4)和开关(5)控制电阻丝(7);箱体(1)的外侧设有卡槽(12),盖体(2)的侧面卡扣(13),卡槽(12)与卡扣(13)相对应。
