the swing rod is connected to the upper part of the shell through a third shaft sleeved with a third torsion spring, and the swing rod swings left and right by taking the third shaft as a rotation center; the swing rod is provided with a groove for accommodating the floating floater at the position corresponding to the floater; one end of the swing rod presses the upper cover lock catch.
