本实用新型涉及一种微动开关，尤其涉及一种耐电流冲击微动开关。
背景技术
开关是一个可以使电路开路，使电流中断或使其流到其他电路的电子元件，是人们日常生活或工业生产中用于控制电路装置的重要设备，无论是人们生活中常见的灯泡，家用电器，或是工业生产中重要的大型工业机械电器，都需要通过开关得以控制。
开关的种类很多，按用途分波动开关，波段开关，录放开关，电源开关等；按结构分微动开关，船型开关，按钮开关，按键开关等；按开关数分单控开关，双控开关，多控开关等。微动开关是其中重要的一类。常见的微动开关由开关壳体和设置在开关壳体上的按钮组成，按钮可将外部的力或行程传递到开关壳体内部相关部件。开关壳体内安装有动片，可与动片相接触的触点，开关壳体内还安装有用于与外部电路连接的端子。当按钮接受来自外部的力或行程时，将使得动片移动并与设定好的相关端子触点接触导通，最终使得与微动开关内端子连接的外部电路导通或断开。
现有的微动开关采用触点与端子接触导通电路，触点与端子接触面积小，接触同时无其他部件固定连接，频繁启动电机负载或是电机堵转时开关需要承受较大电流，极易出现电路瞬间产生高温，导致开关损坏的情形，影响设备的正常运行。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种能承受较大电流的微动开关，确保电器的使用寿命及性能稳定。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种耐电流冲击微动开关，包括基座，基座上设置有支架部件，接触脚部件和按钮，所述的支架部件由活动支架，动片部件和支架组成，活动支架一端与动片部件的一端固定连接，位于按钮下方，活动支架的另一端连接于支架上，动片部件的另一端与接触脚部件的一端连接，接触脚部件的另一端连接于外部电路，其特征在于，所述的动片部件包括动触片，弹片和触点，所述的动触片和弹片位于动片部件的一端，与接触脚部件连接，所述的弹片与动触片通过触点铆合。
基于上述结构，所述的动触片与弹片面-面连接，通过触点铆合，与接触脚部件接触，导通外部电路。
本实用新型相对于现有技术的显著效果：所述的动触片，弹片和触点位于动片部件的一端，按下按钮，驱动活动支架和动片部件，动片部件的弹片与动触片以面面连接，通过触点铆合，实现动片部件与接触脚部件连接，动片部件的面接触增加了接触脚部件的接触面积，能承受较大电流的冲击，避免了触点-触点接触带来电路间产生高温，导致开关损坏的风险。同时弹片与动触片通过触点铆合，固定连接使得与接触脚部件的连接更加牢固，确保电器的正常使用及性能稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1，2，3，4所示，一种耐电流冲击微动开关，包括基座7，基座7上设置有支架部件10，接触脚部件8和按钮，所述的支架部件10由活动支架3，动片部件9和支架4组成，活动支架3一端与动片部件9的一端固定连接，位于按钮下方，活动支架3的另一端连接于支架4上，动片部件9的另一端与接触脚部件8的一端连接，接触脚部件8的另一端连接于外部电路，所述的动片部件9包括动触片1，弹片2和触点，所述的动触片1和弹片2位于动片部件9的一端，与接触脚部件8连接，所述的弹片2与动触片1通过触点铆合。
基于上述结构，按钮将来自外部的力作用于活动支架3，活动支架3带动动片部件9，动片部件9与接触脚部件8连接，导通外部电路。外部的作用力消失，动片部件9离开接触脚部件8，外部电路断开，如此实现与接触脚部件8连接的电路导通或断开的功能。
本实用新型微动开关的结构，在动片部件9上设置有动触片1和弹片2，动触片1与弹片2面面连接并以触点固定。当按钮受到外部压力时，按钮驱动活动支架3和动片部件9一起运动，动片部件9的动触片1与接触脚部件8连接，增加了导通面积，同时动触片1以触点与弹片2铆合，固定了弹片2的弹力，可承受电启动电机负载或是电机堵转时较大的电流冲击。本实用新型结构简单，开关动作灵捷，安全可靠，确保电器的使用寿命及性能稳定。

1.一种耐电流冲击微动开关，包括基座(7)，基座(7)上设置有支架部件(10)，接触脚部件(8)和按钮，所述的支架部件(10)由活动支架(3)，动片部件(9)和支架(4)组成，活动支架(3)一端与动片部件(9)的一端固定连接，位于按钮下方，活动支架(3)的另一端连接于支架(4)上，动片部件(9)的另一端与接触脚部件(8)的一端连接，接触脚部件(8)的另一端连接于外部电路，
其特征在于，所述的动片部件(9)包括动触片(1)，弹片(2)和触点，所述的动触片(1)和弹片(2)位于动片部件(9)的一端，与接触脚部件(8)连接，所述的弹片(2)与动触片(1)通过触点铆合。
