背景技术
在现行固定肋木架上做直臂悬垂收腹举腿练习时，存在肋木杆硌压练习者后背，尤其是身体瘦弱者硌压疼痛不适感觉明显。

为了能较好地解决上述背景技术中存在的问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种挂于肋木架上收腹举腿练习用的靠垫，它所采取的技术方案由以下部件构成：高弹海绵垫与靠板粘接连接，两个金属板挂钩与靠板由四个沉头螺钉固定连接。
该靠垫可根据练习者身高需要，随意挂于肋木架上的任何肋木杆上，与现行在传统固定肋木架上做收腹举腿练习相比的有益效果是：避开了以往硌压后背疼痛的弊端，增加了练习者背部的舒适度。

具体实施方式
参照附图，高弹海绵垫1与靠板3粘接连接，两个金属板挂钩2与靠板由四个沉头螺钉4固定连接。在使用该靠垫时，练习者选择适当高度位置，将靠垫挂于肋木架上的任何肋木杆5上即可使用，如图4所示。练习者背靠靠垫双手拉于肋木杆即可进行直臂悬垂收腹举腿练习。
