本实用新型公开了一种座兜靠背杆的折叠机构，其连接件与连接座通过连接销转动连接，连接件外侧面上设有以连接销为圆心的弧形沟槽，沟槽一端为与连接件外侧面平滑连接的斜槽，连接座上具有与沟槽对应的滑动槽，滑动槽内设有可左右向滑动且向内伸出连接座的定位块，定位块的外端与连接座之间设有压簧，靠背杆向前转动相对坐垫杆收合时，定位块由沟槽经斜槽移出并与连接件外侧面配合，此时压簧收缩，当靠背杆向后打开时，定位块由连接件外侧面经斜槽进入沟槽，此时压簧松开；本实用新型不仅使靠背组件向后转动操作较为轻松，且避免了靠背组件易因误操作而前折叠。

背景技术
现有婴儿推车包括可折叠的车架，设置在车架上的座兜，所述座兜包括具有坐设组件和靠背组件，该坐设组件包括坐垫杆及设置在坐垫杆两侧的连接座，由于座兜使用时，靠背组件与坐设组件之间的夹角都是大于90度的，因此靠背组件需要具有从90度向后转动的活动余量，以便配合锁定机构实现靠背向后的多档位调节，而车架折叠时，靠背组件是通过推杆向前转动而被带动向前转动折叠的，因此靠背组件与坐设组件之间并不需要具有从90度向前转动的活动余量，而现有靠背组件与坐设组件之间一般为简单的销接，其靠背组件与坐设组件之间均具备前后转动的活动余量，这样靠背组件易因误操作而前折叠，从而影响正常使用。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是：提供一种座兜靠背杆的折叠机构，其靠背组件与坐设组件仅在靠背组件向后调节时存在转动的活动余量，以便使靠背组件向后转动操作较为轻松，且避免了靠背组件易因误操作而前折叠，确保了座兜可以正常使用。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种座兜靠背杆的折叠机构，包括坐设组件和靠背组件，该坐设组件包括坐垫杆及设置在坐垫杆两侧的连接座，所述靠背组件包括靠背杆及设置在靠背杆下端的连接件，连接件与连接座通过连接销转动连接，其特征在于：所述连接件外侧面上设有以连接销为圆心的弧形沟槽，沟槽一端为与连接件外侧面平滑连接的斜槽，所述连接座上具有与沟槽对应的滑动槽，该滑动槽内设有可左右向滑动且向内伸出连接座的定位块，所述定位块的外端与连接座之间设有压簧，定位块的内端在压簧的作用下插入沟槽，靠背杆向前转动相对坐垫杆收合时，连接件相对连接座转动，定位块由沟槽经斜槽移出并与连接件外侧面配合，此时压簧收缩，当靠背杆向后打开时，连接件相对连接座转动，定位块由连接件外侧面经斜槽进入沟槽，此时压簧松开。
进一步的，所述定位块具有左右向延伸的插设部以及凸设在插设部外端一侧的挡设部，所述连接座的滑动槽为外侧口径大、内侧口径小的台阶槽，所述定位块的挡设部与台阶槽的台阶处配合。所述连接座的滑动槽于定位块的外端设有与定位块相抵设的固定件，所述压簧设置在固定件与连接座外侧的连接座副件之间。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型的靠背组件与坐设组件仅在靠背组件向后调节时存在转动的活动余量，以便使靠背组件向后转动操作较为轻松，且避免了靠背组件易因误操作而前折叠，确保了座兜可以正常使用。

实施例：如图1至图5所示，一种座兜靠背杆的折叠机构，包括坐设组件1和靠背组件2，该坐设组件1包括坐垫杆11及设置在坐垫杆11两侧的连接座12，所述靠背组件2包括靠背杆21及设置在靠背杆21下端的连接件22，连接件22与连接座12通过连接销转动连接，所述连接件22的外侧面上设有以连接销为圆心的弧形沟槽221，沟槽221一端为与连接件外侧面223平滑连接的斜槽222，所述连接座12上具有与沟槽221对应的滑动槽121，该滑动槽121内设有可左右向滑动且向内伸出连接座12的定位块3，所述定位块3的外端与连接座12之间设有压簧4，定位块3的内端在压簧4的作用下插入沟槽221，靠背杆21向前转动相对坐垫杆11收合时，连接件22相对连接座12转动，定位块3由沟槽221经斜槽222移出并与连接件外侧面223配合，此时压簧4收缩，当靠背杆21向后打开时，连接件22相对连接座12转动，定位块3由连接件外侧面223经斜槽222进入沟槽221，此时压簧4松开。
本实施例中，所述定位块3具有左右向延伸的插设部31以及凸设在插设部31外端一侧的挡设部32，所述连接座12的滑动槽121为外侧口径大、内侧口径小的台阶槽，所述定位块3的挡设部32与台阶槽的台阶处配合。所述连接座12的滑动槽121于定位块3的外端设有与定位块3相抵设的固定件5，所述压簧4设置在固定件5与连接座12外侧的连接座副件6之间。
实用新型的靠背组件2与坐设组件1仅在靠背组件2向后调节时存在转动的活动余量，以便使靠背组件2向后转动操作较为轻松，且避免了靠背组件2易因误操作而前折叠，确保了座兜可以正常使用。

1.一种座兜靠背杆的折叠机构，包括坐设组件(1)和靠背组件(2)，该坐设组件(1)包括坐垫杆(11)及设置在坐垫杆(11)两侧的连接座(12)，所述靠背组件(2)包括靠背杆(21)及设置在靠背杆(21)下端的连接件(22)，连接件(22)与连接座(12)通过连接销转动连接，其特征在于：所述连接件(22)的外侧面上设有以连接销为圆心的弧形沟槽(221)，沟槽(221)一端为与连接件外侧面(223)平滑连接的斜槽(222)，所述连接座(12)上具有与沟槽(221)对应的滑动槽(121)，该滑动槽(121)内设有可左右向滑动且向内伸出连接座(12)的定位块(3)，所述定位块(3)的外端与连接座(12)之间设有压簧(4)，定位块(3)的内端在压簧(4)的作用下插入沟槽(221)，靠背杆(21)向前转动相对坐垫杆(11)收合时，连接件(22)相对连接座(12)转动，定位块(3)由沟槽(221)经斜槽(222)移出并与连接件外侧面(223)配合，此时压簧(4)收缩，当靠背杆(21)向后打开时，连接件(22)相对连接座(12)转动，定位块(3)由连接件外侧面(223)经斜槽(222)进入沟槽(221)，此时压簧(4)松开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种座兜靠背杆的折叠机构，其特征在于：所述定位块(3)具有左右向延伸的插设部(31)以及凸设在插设部(31)外端一侧的挡设部(32)，所述连接座(12)的滑动槽(121)为外侧口径大、内侧口径小的台阶槽，所述定位块(3)的挡设部(32)与台阶槽的台阶处配合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种座兜靠背杆的折叠机构，其特征在于：所述连接座(12)的滑动槽(121)于定位块(3)的外端设有与定位块(3)相抵设的固定件(5)，所述压簧(4)设置在固定件(5)与连接座(12)外侧的连接座副件(6)之间。
