[0002] 太阳能发电是利用太阳能电池将太阳光光线直接转换成电能的发电方式,太阳能发电机的结构是太阳能电池和蓄电池及电力转换装置组成的。光线照射太阳能电池表面时,太阳光子的能量传递给了硅原子,使电子发生了越迀,成为自由电子在P-N结两侧集聚形成了电位差,当外部接通电路在该电压的作用下,将会有电流流过外部电路产生一定的输出功率。便携式太阳能发电机利用这样的原理,只要有太阳光的地方都可以发电并使用电的产品。
[0003] 中国实用新型专利CN 203180581 U公开了一种便携式太阳能发电机,包括发电机箱体,所述发电机箱体的底部设置有滚轮,所述箱体一侧设置有伸缩式拉杆,所述箱体外表面上设置有控制面板,还包括设置与所述发电机箱体内的以下发电系统:太阳能组件,接收太阳光能并将其转换为直流电能;太阳能控制器,接收太阳能组件产生的直流电能并传输出去;逆变器,将太阳能组件产生的直流电能转换为交流电能;蓄电池,将太阳能组件产生的直流电能储存起来并可用于逆变器转换成交流电能。本发明结构简单合理,将发电系统集成于设有滚轮的发电机箱体内,发电机箱体上设置有控制面板直接控制发电系统的工作状态,相较于现有技术,便于携带和搬运,并且安装简便,适用范围广。但是,此发明专利太阳能光伏组件的角度无法有效的调节。

[0005] 为解决上述的技术问题,本发明的便携式太阳能发电机光伏组件的支撑调节机构,包括发电机箱体和光伏组件,所述发电机箱体顶部一端活动连接有支撑框架,所述支撑框架内固定有横梁;还包括气杆,所述气杆的两端分别与横梁和发电机箱体顶部固定连接;所述光伏组件与支撑框架卡接。

具体实施方式
[0017] 如图1所示,本发明的太阳能发电机光伏组件的支撑调节机构,包括发电机箱体I和光伏组件7。本实施方式的光伏组件如图2所示,所述光伏组件包括上电池板701和下电池板702,所述上电池板701和下电池板702通过合页8活动连接,这样可以将光伏组件折叠起来存放,有效节省光伏组件所占空间。
[0018] 如图2所示,所述发电机箱体I顶部一端活动连接有支撑框架2,所述支撑框架2内固定有横梁3。本实施方式便携式太阳能发电机光伏组件的支撑调节机构还包括气杆5,所述气杆5的两端分别与横梁3和发电机箱体顶部固定连接。因为支撑框架2与发电机箱体I顶部一端活动连接,所以当伸展气杆时,支撑框架2就会绕活动连接端发生转动,使得支撑框架2与发电机箱体I顶部之间形成夹角,如图1所示。

[0021 ] 更进一步的,为了更好的固定光伏组件7和支撑框架2,所述支撑框,2侧边上设置有可转动的卡扣6,所述上电池片内侧固定有与卡扣相适应的卡柱10。当通过合页展开电池片后,可以转动卡扣6,使得卡扣6勾住卡柱10,这样光伏组件7与支撑框架2更加稳定。
